This spacious, open-plan lakefront villa offers stunning views, 5 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms (sleeping up to 16 guests), Guests enjoy complete privacy, an infinity pool overlooking the lake, and opportunities for fishing and wildlife watching.

The tall surrounding walls around the 3 sides of villa gives you complete privacy and seclusion from neighbor’s with only a picket fence separating the villa from the 55-acre Lake Front.

Wake up with no worries at MyHoliday Home Villa, where breakfast of choice is provided free of charge. Throughout your stay, choose from a variety of delicious a la cart dining options. The villa even has in-house cooking amenities such as BBQ facilities as well.

There are plenty of things for the kids to do, plus lots of lovely spaces for adults to relax and enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine at the villa. There is an extensive array of indoor and outdoor games & equipment that have been made available at the villa.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire 3-story villa, garden, and pool, with in-house staff available for cooking, cleaning, and general assistance. Staff have separate quarters and a main kitchen, while guest areas can be locked for privacy. They typically clean the garden and house between 6–8 AM, prepare breakfast, and remain in their section until needed. They also handle tasks like turning on the backup power during outages and locking up at night.

Guests may use the large staff main kitchen if required, though most prefer the separate guest pantry equipped with a cooker/oven, microwave, toaster, and rice boiler.

Entertaining other visiting guests at the villa or having parties are most welcome. We have facilities to host up to 50 guests at the villa for a party and our staff will handle the entire event.

Other details to note

1. Chef & Staff
Your dedicated team (2–3 staff) works exclusively for you. They clean the villa, prepare meals, setting tables, doing dishes, and securing the villa at night. You set the rules, and they assist as much or as little as you wish.

2. Free Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast of YOUR CHOICE is included in your package. Just let the staff know your choice the night before. All other meals and drinks can be ordered from the villa menu or tailored to your preferences. Give at least 3 hours’ notice so fresh ingredients can be sourced.

3. Bringing Your Own Food & Groceries
You’re welcome to bring outside food/drinks and a separate guest fridge & freezer is available. Please note if our staff shop for you, meals are charged based on à la carte rates.

4. Airport Transfers & Excursions (Ask for a quote)
We can arrange pick-up/drop-off and trips, with meet & greet at the airport to offering villa staff to journey with you on trips to ensure your comfort, safety, and peace of mind.

5. Parties & Visitors
Parties are welcome (up to 50 guests) and we have our own chafing dishes, cutlery, and more. Afternoon music is fine; after 11 PM keep noise low. Visitor charges: Rs 1,500 / USD 5 for over 3 hours or pool use; Rs 5,000 / USD 17 per overnight guest beyond your booking count.

6. Power Cuts
In case of outages, staff switch to solar backup (approx. 3 hrs if ACs are off). A generator can be arranged at extra cost if requested (more than 3-hour power cuts are very rare)

7. Kayaks & Boat Trips
*Kayaks are available at the villa and boat rides can be arranged.
One Kayak: Rs 3,000 / USD 10 and two kayaks: Rs 5,000 (Lifejackets required, no alcohol before use)

*Boat trips (6 adults + 1 child): Rs 7,500 / USD 25 for 45 min (perfect for breakfast, tea, or a drink on the lake)
