"First the pro - the idea of this resort, individual villas, is good. Now the cons: - The staff had no idea that I was arriving. "The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this.
