Your stay includes a primary bedroom with a Helix Midnight Lux mattress and premium Brooklinen sheets, assuring the utmost comfort. The living room’s designer sofa converts into a queen bed, offering breathtaking harbor views and accommodating four guests comfortably.

*Damage Waiver: Opt for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $48.15 that can help us cover minor damages and wear and tear.
*Security Deposit: A refundable $500 deposit, ensuring FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape stays pristine. (Note: The hold begins two days before check-in, and refunds may take up to 7 days, subject to your credit card company)
Are you eager to start early or linger a little longer? Request an early check-in or late check-out for $52.50 each. While we strive to fulfill these requests, if it's not possible, we'll let you know and issue a refund.

At FLOHOM, the gentle sway and movement in response to the currents and breezes are integral parts of the unique experience we've crafted just for you. Rest assured; our FLOHOMs are thoughtfully engineered for stability, ensuring comfort while minimizing any excessive sway.
For those who may be sensitive to motion, we suggest considering the use of Dramamine and/or a Relief Band before your stay. These measures can help ensure your time with us is nothing short of blissful.
NAVIGATING WIND ADVISORIES
While strong winds are a rarity, they can occasionally introduce an abnormal lateral sway. Our dedicated team closely monitors weather and wind forecasts, ensuring we're well-prepared to communicate with our guests in a timely manner should the forecast indicate strong winds during your visit. Your incredible experience with us is our utmost priority. In the event that strong winds are expected to affect your stay, we're equipped with several proactive measures to maintain the comfort and quality of your FLOHOM experience.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, and with respect to the love and intentionality we have poured into making FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape an extraordinary stay, please take a moment to review and follow our rules.
🔹Quiet Hours🔹
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and nearby liveaboards, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape is equipped with indoor and outdoor noise monitoring sensors to measure decibel levels, but these are not active listening or recording devices.
🔹Occupancy Limit🔹
The maximum number of overnight guests is four, and the total number of people on board at any one time is limited to ten, as enforced by the marina. Failure to comply with this rule could jeopardize our ability to operate within the marina.
🔹Parties & Events🔹
Parties and events are prohibited. We welcome small gatherings to celebrate special occasions, such as hosting friends or family for dinner, as long as you respect our quiet hours and adhere to the occupancy limit. Please notify us in advance if you plan to host a gathering so we can inform the marina and ensure that our team is aware of any non-overnight guests accessing the private marina.
🔹No Smoking Policy🔹
Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the boat, on the front and back decks, and within 20 feet of the entrance. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and docks, provided it’s done at least 20 feet from the entrance. Guests must leave no trace of smoking paraphernalia. Violating this policy may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500 to restore the space to a smoke-free condition.
🔹Decorations🔹
Third-party decoration vendors are not permitted. However, we offer curated decoration packages, and our concierge team can work with you to create custom packages based on your needs. This policy ensures our space is well-maintained, the appropriate materials are used, and excessive cleaning is avoided, preventing disruptions to other guests’ reservations. Decoration packages can be inquired about before booking or reviewed in your personalized guest app after booking.
🔹Children Policy🔹
FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape is designed primarily for adults and is not ideal for families with young children. Children 10 years and older are allowed. Our aim is to create a peaceful, relaxing environment that is best enjoyed by adults.
🔹No Pets Allowed🔹
Pets are not allowed.
🔹Water Safety🔹
For safety reasons, jumping, diving, or swimming from FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape or the marina piers is strictly prohibited. While the water is tempting, this rule is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and avoid accidents or injuries.
🔹Rooftop Safety🔹
Please refrain from leaning or standing on the rooftop railings. While the rooftop offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, exercising caution is essential to prevent accidents or falls.
🔹Dock Lines🔹
For the safety of FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape and its mooring, guests are asked not to adjust the dock lines. Our dedicated concierge team or marina staff are available to assist if needed.
