"What a wonderful stay in a beautiful, comfortable bungalow. Everything in the house was of a high standard and it was a splendid base from which we could explore the area on foot or by car. Mairi and Willie were delightful and attentive hosts. We appreciated being able to get super fresh prawns from Willie and having a well stocked shop literally across the road was really helpful. "Lovely cottage, well equipped. Very comfortable, tranquil location. Excellent Laundy area. Amazing welcome package. Wi-Fi slow to even non-existent at times. The photos don't show that you have a house right in front of you (albeit part of the estate) and the beach is further away than expected."

"The Northern Lights cottage is perfectly located for exploring Scotland's central north coast. The cottage looks out over Talmine Bay, the Rabbit Islands, and the North Sea beyond. Skinnet Beach is just down the hill, a short walk away. The house is lovely with a large, well-equipped modern kitchen and two newly renovated baths, both with good showers. I would definitely stay here again."

"The house is very nice and quiet. The rooms were clean and very nicely arranged. Contact with Donald was easy, he was very helpful and courteous. If you are looking for a holiday in a wonderful landscape without a lot of people, this is the right place for you! We would come back to Donald at any time."
