"My room had to be changed, I do not like adjoining rooms, the 2nd room, the air conditioner was not working in that room, so I requested my room be changed again.
Front desk staff who assisted me with the room change, I was now going to my 3rd room, did not seem to realize the importance of a working air conditioner.
Other thank that issue and attitude from front desk staff everything else was fine."
