"The outside is ran down and not very inviting but some effort was put into the design of the room. Three beds?! This worked out super great and even better for the price. I will recommend and stay again if ever needed. Man a t check in was down to earth and patient and understanding of our situation. ..."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Unlike a lot of hotels, it actually had 4 towels and washcloths. Seems like most just offer 2 washcloths until you ask for more. The breakfast was hot and good. We had to make a quick trip to Searcy and will have to go back before long so will probably stay there ..."

Little Cabin on the river
"For the first 24 hours construction was being done on the property. It was very noisy. The deck and the way down to the dock needs to be cleaned. The cabin sit on a beautiful spot. Loved the location!"

"My wife and I stayed for a few days and had a great time. The property was very nice and clean. It has a really nice back porch, lots of trees to keep the sun at bay, and a beautiful view of the Little Red.On our first day fishing, my wife caught a 3 1/4-pound Brown Trout. What a beautiful fish! ..."
