"From the moment of check-in Josh was friendly and helpful. The property is designed to provide great spaces for gathering and hanging out and has an excellent layout for this. This is a great place to host an event. We stayed in the sun cottage. And I do wish I had realized that this cottage only had street parking. This is an area where parking can be tight. Getting to down town and up to balboa park was easy but walkable restaurants are limited. I definitely needed my vehicle. ...

"Great central location in walking distance to restaurant's and bars. Quick service/assistance via text message. There is a pool, sauna, fitness studio and fire pits on the 7th floor. Apartments are modern and clean and well equipped. Overall a great stay and we will be back! "

"I only stayed for one day … It’s a beautiful hotel really clean. Staff is really nice and really polite. My room was really clean and it was really Quiet. I’m definitely gonna come back but the only thing they’re bothered me that I had to pay for parking and it was $65. But everything else was good. Everything is walking distance. There’s a good restaurants around the area. And I just want to say thank you to the staff. You did a great job."

"We scheduled our trip for our anniversary and initially were placed in a room next to the elevator with loud banging consistently happening, and a lot of noise from people talking. The attendant moved us to a quiet king suite, where we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. Most of the front desk staff were very friendly and kind as well! (One woman stood there and glared on her shifts.) Comfortable rooms. Couldn't recommend the breakfast, but this hotel was well worth the stay."
