It's an old 80's hotel but nice upkeep, nice walking area, good staff, good sit-down breakfast included. Had the big Royal room for family with kids lots of room. The other hotel center of town was not as clean in my opinion and it's old too so this place is just fine.

The area is in the slums and smells terrible. We lost power a few times. Inside the apartment are signs everywhere telling you what to do and not do. There was a sign telling us to flush the toilet after using it, no alcohol, take your shoes off, do not enter this room, no smoking..etc. The ac was ...
