"The staff was amazing. The only feedback was the room was not cleaned properly everyday. The room cleaning staff did not listen and with kids in the room hygiene was not taken care off. Rest the hotel and staff was great. "

"It’s nice location, the biggest problem of not just the hotel but entire country it’s that they only speak their language and very little English, so it’s really difficult to get around, if you don’t have a good translator on hand. They also have a really aggressive behavior and even driving are really careless."

"While the staff were nice and friendly, and responded to my requests, the breakfast was good along with prepared sandwiches, the rooms were priced 3-4 times higher than normal because of COP29. The room I thought I was getting from the photo and the room I received did not match expectations. "

"This is the BEST hotel in Baku. Hilton Baku has great location with walking distance to all major attractions. Make sure you visit sky restaurant on 24 floor with beautiful outdoor terrace- the best time at night for the city view. I stayed at this hotel 42 years ago, now, and I will come back again for sure. I love Hilton Baku hotel !"

"Nice and friendly customer service, organized early check-in and breakfast on first day. Average azeri breakfast, food items not very efficiently replenished when things are consumed. Be aware the hotel is build on top of metroline causing noisy vibration and noise in the rooms late at night/early morning. Secondly, blind curtains are 60 cm too narrow in the window leaving daylight in the room early morning. Not a place for light sleeper."

"To be fair, I didnt expect much but it was a very very very good stays. One of the best I had for a business trip. The reception allowed me to do an early check in, Elvira has been fantastic bringing me lots of water everyday. The location is decent. Everyone was super friendly and the price quality ratio was super super good. Recommended and will come again. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Kız arkadaşımla güvenilir şekilde kaldığımız bir oteldi.Odalar oldukça temiz,personeller güler yüzlü,kahvaltısı yeterli şekilde güzeldi.Yalnız tek problemi odamızda cam vardı hiçbir şekilde açılmıyordu havalandırmak istesek ya da nefes almak istesek açabileceğimiz bir pencere bile yoktu.Nizami caddesinin zaten tam ortasında otelin altında publar var.Bir daha gelsem tercih ederim ancak pencere olup olmadığını mutlaka sorup teyitleşirim."
