The master bedroom has a king size bed set. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed set. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and a twin over twin bunkbed. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed and a twin over twin bunkbed. The upstairs living area has a sectional sofa and a 65" 4K HD smart TV. The downstairs living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, a couple accent armchairs, and a 43" smart TV. The indoor dining table seats 6. The upstairs patio table seats 4. The outdoor dining table seats 6. The outdoor bar table seats 4. All dinnerware, glassware, cookware included in the kitchen. Cleaning supplies also included.
Guest access
The entire house is accessible to our guests including the 3-car garage. There is also parking available in the driveway and the street directly in front of the house. This property can easily accommodate ~7 vehicles in garage, driveway, and directly in front of the house.
Other things to note
Each bedroom includes a TV with subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Max, Paramount+, and Hulu. Nespresso pods are provided as a gift and more can be made available upon request. The house contains a full kitchen equipped with all the necessities, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cleaning supplies, etc. It is set up to feel like your home away from home!

Pets are allowed under some circumstances. Host approval and an additional pet cleaning fee will be required prior to booking so please send inquiry before booking.

Just ~1 mile East on Hwy 58 you will find the Rosedale Commons strip mall area which includes a few grocery stores and gas stations, a multitude of fast food and sit down restaurants, a few bars, a dine in movie theatre, and much more.
