Bright, modern, and spacious apartment in the SW location near FW 99. Only minutes away from CSUB, walking distance to shopping centers, and a short drive to Downtown! This space is comfortable, convenient, and perfectly accommodates for the serene business professional, couples, or even a family of travelers.

This elegantly furnished apartment is part of a small and quiet four plex, located on the second floor overlooking the private garden area.
Bedrooms are fresh and spacious with plenty of storage.
Designated parking is available for guests.
There is a laundry room located near the garden.

Property was close to many restaurants and shopping. It was also close the our relatives who we were visiting.
Day trip to Tehachapi and a hike up Tehachapi Mountain trail. Afterward we had an awesome lunch at Petra’s Mediteranean restaurant in downtown Tehachapi

Wonderful apartment

This apartment was easy to find, conveniently located, clean, and spacious. It was the perfect place to stay for some business that I had in town. The laundry room on the first floor was especially convenient. Check-in was great, and Gigi was an awesome hostess. I would definitely do it again.

Wonderful spot to relax

I came to visit family and made a stop over, staying at this lovely apartment. It was a restful space to unwind during my travels. Gigi and her husband were excellent hosts. I would definitely come stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. It was well appointed and was exactly what the photos displayed

Very near shops for groceries. It may not suit a light sleeper as there is a bit of road noise. Other then that it was great and a well cared for apartment.

Great find in Bakersfield

My wife, sister in law and I stayed in this apartment during a visit to see family. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment was super clean, well stocked and was even better than the listing described. The AC also kept us cool even while it was 110 degrees outside.

Perfect

My sister and I stayed here for two nights with our boys ages 7 and 2 and it was just what we needed. Communication with Gigi was simple. She responds within minutes and ensured we felt welcomed upon our arrival. The place is exactly as described so no surprises. It really nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough linens/towels. The laundry room was a little scary at night ( I couldn’t find the light switch), but I just locked the door behind me. If you have problems with stairs be careful as we had to climb a flight to the second floor. Overall the place was nice. We will stay here again when visiting the area.

Met Our Needs Perfectly

We needed a comfortable place to stay for one night as we travelled between National Parks on a trip with our four young children. As we'd been traveling (mostly camping) for one week and still had another week ahead of us, we looked for a place where we could get cleaned up and do some laundry. LOVED that there were two washing machines and two dryers! A bed and clean towels for everyone. This place was perfect! Thanks so much for a great stay!!

The VRBO was clean, comfie, close to a great shopping area. The location was loud, however. So loud. Dogs barking all night. Speeding cars with loud mufflers.
