We had a wonderful stay here on Bailey Island. Ron and Roxanne are friendly hosts. Designated parking, access to private beach, and free use of hosts’ kayaks are added bonuses. The location is very peaceful and relaxing. Island locals are welcoming. Food tastes great - but most businesses close by 8 PM. We will book again when we come back to Maine.

Roxanne and Ron were amazing hosts. This property is absolutely gorgeous (we were there in mid-June and the flowers and landscaping were breathtaking.) The views could not be nicer. There is a lovely beach right on the property. Ron set up kayaks for us, and we really enjoyed exploring on the water. Everyone we met was friendly and kind. We could not have asked for a better Maine vacation, and we cannot wait to return.

Exceeded all expectations! Beautiful location with lovely hosts. As a family of three with a 7yo, we were set up perfectly to enjoy our stay, filled with tide pool exploring, rock climbing, and beach adventuring on the private beach. We look forward to future stays!

Lovely Beach

We had the best time. The beach is perfect for any age, offering fun and relaxation for everyone. The hosts are incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home. We can't wait to visit again!

Fun & Relaxing

We had a great stay on the property! The space was comfortable, quiet and private, and having the option to hang out on the beach was amazing! Roxanne and Ron were helpful and easy to reach - Ron even made a bonfire on the beach for us on the last night of our trip! It was a wonderful time and we would stay again.

Spacious Apartment, Wonderfully Sitauted

We really enjoyed our week in Maine and at this wonderful apartment. The location is unbeatable and the hosts were great. We enjoyed the small private beach and all of the views daily. The apartment itself is equipped with everything one needs to live comfortably.

This property is exceptional. Roxanne and Ron are also exceptional. We loved relaxing, dipping into the ocean, the sunsets and the ocean breeze! A great home base for a great vacation.

End of Summer Getaway

This property is stunning! Great location on the coast. We now love Bailey Island and will return. Private beach was just amazing. Hosts were very friendly. Would come back!

FIRST visit to Maine

A PERFECT location for our Maine fall visit! EVERYTHING you'll need is a few minutes away WHILE being "remote" at the same time. The area restaurants are OUTSTANDING. Ron and Roxanne are wonderful hosts and they were so helpful in guiding us in our exploring.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were spectacular from all around the property, ocean on one side, inlet on the other, its own private all-sand (no rocks) beach. The accommodation was awesome and Roxanne quite hospitable. We plan to do it again.

Perfect

No complaints--we loved the house, which was pretty much exactly as described. We didn't have any issues but we appreciated the owners checking in with us and their willingness to help with anything. Very nice people. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible!!

One of our most memorable family vacations! The location is amazing. Wonderful views of all the natural beauty of Maine with the benefit of a sandy beach for the kids to play in, and all right outside your door. Its Ron and Roxanne who really make the place special, though! They are incredible hosts and provided great insight into the area. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Unique property

We have long gone to Cedar Beach, but this property, a two bedroom apartment above the owners' garage, allows access to their private beach. The owners are easily available and responsive.This is a perfect spot: beautiful views to the Cribstone Bridge and open water surround the spacious lawns. We hope to return.
