"We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Inn in Knoxville. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating from the moment we arrived. After a long 12-hour drive from Ontario, we got there about 10 minutes before their evening “happy hour.” The front desk kindly paused our check-in so our kids could grab some food and we could relax with a couple of drinks before heading to the room — such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. "This property is “dog friendly”, which equaled no sleep all night for our family due to the two dogs in the room next to us and one across the hall barking excessively almost all night and upstairs neighbors who thought stomping would somehow help the situation. The beds were very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring and the food within the hotel was very overpriced. The pool was swimable but the “hot tub” was unfortunately luke warm at best. The property is in an easy location...

"Good for a no-frills stay. You can tell it's an older building, but the room was still nice and clean. The water pressure left something to be desired however, and there was not a trash can in the bathroom (only in the room itself). It was good for the price, but we did get woken up the first morning by (what we believe were) housekeepers speaking very loudly in Spanish. "

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever been given. The bathtub had what appeared to be human waste and hair in it, the toilet seat had urine on it, bugs were inside the light fixture, and the room clearly had not been cleaned. We also paid for a Premium Room upgrade that advertised upgraded bedding and snacks which were not provided. The stairwell smelled strongly of marijuana and the hot tub we specifically booked for closes at 9pm and appeared poorly maintained. Completely...
