"The first room the tv didn’t work. The spa was closed the carpet was filthy in the fist room and the second room we were moved to. The staff was not at the desk and when you used the phone to try to get someone it just kept ringing. Would not recommend this hotel."

"We’ve stayed here many times and love it! The view of the bay and sunset are amazing. The restaurant on site is great, we had crab hush puppies that were delicious! There are also a handful of restaurants within walking distance that are also great with a beautiful view. The infinity pool is small, but an amazing way to relax after check in. The rooms are large with a beautiful view of the bay."

"The property was clean. The room was clean and the only staff member I saw at night and in the morning was very kind. The only negative I could say is the shampoo and conditioner in the shower was almost empty. Everything else was perfect."

"Room was okay, but wasn't according to description while booking on expedia. It said multiple beds suite, but we got only 1 king bed and sofa bed. Despite showing this to staff they said its expedia mistake. Pool was so crowded, very few chairs to put your stuff also no pool towels available when we went there."

The rooms were outdated, the furniture was old, and there were no deadbolts on the doors, which made us feel very unsafe. We had to leave our first room because it smelled strongly of cat urine. "The entry area and lobby were nice and clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, there was a odor in my room that smelled musty and damp and it made the room uncomfortable. Other than that, it's an average hotel and fine for those traveling on a budget."
