"Les habitacions són extra grans. Espais amples, moderns i còmodes. La única pega és que el llit supletori és molt incòmode i que a la nostra habitació per 3 persones no teníem taula, només una barra amb dos tamborets. L'hotel està molt ben comunicat amb Amsterdam amb els tramvies 5 i 25."

"Could have been cleaner. A lot of waiting at reception despite online check-in.
Hallway outside of my room smelled bad. Difficult to navigate through building due to multiple security doors.
Mirrors in room useless - they are somehow darkened.
Room itself needs some tlc but has a good size, design, ammenities etc. Staff friendly.
Overall still decent stay"

"We enjoyed our stay at the property. We had a little trouble with the system saying that I hadn’t paid the city tax when I had, but this was ultimately resolved before checking in. We were lucky to be upgraded to a duplex. We enjoyed the extra space for our family of 4. A negative point is that the duplex could have benefited from a dehumidifier as the bedrooms were in the basement where it was humid. The beds and carpet also showed quite a lot of wear. Another challenge was the lack of mirrors...
