The bright 70 m² apartment is located in the quiet Iversheim district of Bad Münstereifel, North Rhine-Westphalia, and accommodates up to 2 guests. It features a bedroom with a spacious box-spring bed (three pillows per person) and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub with integrated shower. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, air fryer, oven, dishwasher, pad coffee machine, filter coffee machine with coffee, milk and sugar, kettle with various teas, toaster, and a fridge with freezer compartment. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), private smart TV, underfloor heating throughout, electric shutters, hairdryer, and a full towel set (one bath towel, one hand towel, two guest towels per person). Books and games provide relaxing evenings.



The shared garden with seating area and provided barbecue invites you to dine outdoors. Communal parking is available directly at the house. An EV charging station is available on site and can be used for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed – ideal for allergy sufferers. Parties and events are not permitted. A shared bicycle room with e-bike charging station is available. Public transport is within reach.
