Bad Hofgastein with its famous spas is a great holiday destination. This 5-bedroom chalet features a sauna, garden, and balcony and is perfect for a group of 10 or families with children to relax.

There are ski lifts at 2 km and 5 km and cross country at 500 m. Gasteinertal ski area is perfect for a day on the slopes. Enjoy the snow or hike to your heart's content here. If you wish you can also try a mountain bike tour. There is a swimming pool at 1 km to refresh. You are located close to the basic facilities. The town center, restaurants, and a supermarket can be reached at 1 km.

The chalet has a pleasant Austrian atmosphere and is made of natural materials. The ground floor has a spacious living room with a seating area and a terrace to enjoy nature. Children's bed and high chair are also arranged. There are ski storage and parking as well. Let the fresh mountain air relax you in the furnished garden during the evenings.

Check-in between 3 – 6 PM and check-out between 8 – 10 AM.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Familienurlaub mit 10 Personen

Das Haus ist wirklich so schön geräumig und komfortabel wie beschrieben. Geschmackvoll und behaglich eingerichtet. Wir waren 8 Tage mit 7 Erwachsene, mit Teenager, Schulkind und Kleinkind zu Gast. Zur Freude aller ein sehr großer Saunabereich und sehr bequemen Betten. Bäder und Toiletten teilweise fußbodenbeheizt. Vor dem Haus Parkplatz für 2 Autos, einen windgeschützten Freisitz, großen Essplatz und Wiese. Die Aussicht auf Felder mit Pferden, Kühen und den herrlichen Bergen bei schönstem Wetter habe wir sehr genossen. Wir hatten nur einen Tag schlechtes Wetter (Föhnsturm) den wir in der örtlichen Therme verbracht haben. Ein Highlight dieser Ferienaufenthalt für uns rundum. Danke

Schönes Haus mit schicker Einrichtung

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine hochwertige Einrichtung. Zur Terrassen sowie Balkonseite hat meinen einen ungestörten schönen Ausblick. Die Kommunikation sowie Check-in Verfahren via fewo ist ausbaufähig.

gemütliches, aber modernes Ferienhaus am Dorfrand

Das Ferienhaus ist modern, aber trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut zu erreichen. Das viele Holz verleiht eine angenehme und warme Atmosphäre und die große Couchecke reicht auch für einige Personen. Die Küche und allgemeine Ausstattung bieten alles was man benötigt, die Sauna ist neu und großzügig. Wichtig zu wissen: die Anzahl der Handtücher ist etwas limitiert und sollten entsprechend extra mitgebracht werden (Saunahandtücher, Händehandtücher sind nicht vorhanden).

Chalet Mariland Bad Hofgastein

Das Haus liegt ausserhalb vom Ort. Sehr schön gelegen wie auf den Bilder zu sehen ist. Auf der anderen Seite eine sehr gute freie Aussicht auf Wiesen und Bergen. Das Objekt war sehr sauber wie neu eingerichtet. Einziges manko war keine Saunahandtücher und die Mülltonnen waren voll. Aber es war einfach toll.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus war schön und wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist derzeit sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können uns einen weiteren Aufenthalt gut vorstellen. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns die Sauberkeit bei Übergabe in einigen Bereichen des Hauses. Leider hat auch die Anzahl der bezogenen Betten nicht zur Buchung gepasst. Trotzdem weiterzuempfehlen!

Schönes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben uns mit 3 Generationen sehr wohl gefühlt. Jede Familie hatte sein eigenes Bad/Toilette. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und hochwertig. Bei Fragen wurde uns vom Vermieter sofort geholfen. Vielleicht wären ein paar mobilere Liegestühle angebracht. Der Außensitzbereich ist erst einmal nur für 8 Menschen konzipiert, wir haben uns mit Tischen aus dem Keller und vom Balkon beholfen, war aber kein Problem.
