"The stay was excellent - room, amenities restaurants. Servers were good. Housekeeping, conceirge. Front desk can do better. We requested two things from Front Desk and did not receive return calls. First we requested extra note pads for writing for two children ages 4 and 5 - and front desk affirmatively indicated the note pads would ve sent up. They were forgotten totally. Two calls and no update. On the third call request, front desk apologized profusely and gave the children stuffed...

"We were in town to watch a Ravens game and this hotel was perfect for us. It was a very nice 35ish minute walk to the stadium on game day with lots of sightseeing opportunities. There are a ton of food options near the hotel that were all very easy to walk to. The complimentary breakfast provided was what you’d expect and we were thankful it was an option. "

"This was an excellent stay. It was our first time staying in the McHenry Row section of Baltimore. This was an excellent decision. There were several stores and restaurants in walking distance. From the hotel it was a quick 10 minute Uber drive to the Inner Harbor. I would recommend this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were in town for a Ravens game. The staff provided helpful information to arrive and exit the stadium area. "
