"Great Staff Easy Check-in Good Room"

"My hotel room wasn’t clean, smelled and looked like previously used sheets was just rewrapped on the bed. Found make up stains and items while checking for bed bugs before I laid on it. Found sticky residue in the cups that was suppose to be new at the bathroom sink. Overall I think the housekeeper cut corners and didn’t change the bed lining nor vaccum etc. When I called front desk it felt like I was bothering them and the back and forth felt frustrating. "You have to pay for breakfast but the selection was good. Pay to park. Rooms need some love. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only ice machine is on 7th floor. Rooms had some odors. Room clean. Bathroom sink slow draining. Hilton Hotels usually have a higher standard. This one not so much. Staff was great! "

"We only stayed one night after we flew back from the Bahamas to BWI airport. We used the hotels free shuttle services. Very convenient. The room was very nice. The only thing was they advertised having a restaurant but they did not. They did have some breakfast food to microwave and some pastries. Although there is a restaurant across from the hotel that was very good."

"BE warned that you have to pay for parking at this hotel. $40 if booked online, or $10 at the hotel...who that makes sense is beyond me. They have a very fancy, hand written piece of paper taped over a parking sign informing you of the $10. Also, breakfast was missing cinnamon rolls because the truck didn't come in and the pancake machine was broken."

"Room door lock didn’t work properly. Hadto fidget with it often so the dope latches work release and/or lock. MAintenance said I wasn’t using the door correctly and there was nothing wrong with the lock. Not the case at all. It’s broken !"

"Room is always clean. Staff is always friendly. Extended hours in the coffee shop were a plus. Restaurant close by is good."

"This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port. The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store."

"We stayed 2 nights. It was okay. The room seemed stuffy, even with the air conditioning on. The shower head was too short for my 6'4 husband. We were on the 4th floor and it took time for the hot water. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The had eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker, apples, bananas, muffins, cereal, yogurt. The "egg patties" were terrible. The make your own waffle was good. The hotel worked for a quick two night trip, but if a longer trip is needed, I'd go...
