2/10
The front desk was extremely rude and unaccommodating to the needs of my 2 family members who were blind, mobility challenged and nonverbal. We reserved accessible rooms for our late checkin(7:30 pm, but arrived at 7:15 pm). For more than 31/2 hours the entire night team gave excuses for not reserving an accessible room as promised. The receptionist Delma, front desk night supervisor Rushe, & manager Danielle (by phone) were completely unempowered, insensitive, oblivious to what was happening to my family. So after driving 9 hours, we arrived to accommodations we should not have had to settle for and no option of refund. This company should be sited and fined for violating ADA and each staff should receive mandatory ADA training. After a grueling night, I reached out to the GM (who was unavailable during our check-in fiasco), to resolve our concern. She was able to fix our room issue the next morning. We were suddenly awakened on day 2 by housekeeping who could not speak English so each resident on the 2nd floor waited to each read a cell phone message “ fire department downstairs”. Yes, evacuation was underway. So 2 people with disabilities were …. Our stay was absolutely the worse.
Happy to speak further. We would never recommend, as a matter of fact I would warn others to steer clear of this establishment.
