"The property was very nice with a very nice staff. The room was plenty spacious, however, it seemed the last tenet had cooked something really smelly. Be careful when booking. We meant to be at another nearby property to meet up with other family members. However, they were fortunately not too far from each other. "

"Availability of a shuttle to both airport&light rail is a wonderful amenity! When guest coffee machine stopped working it was repaired almost the same day. Even without a car I could walk safely to a nearby small mall&passed a working bus stop. A lovely hotel with hard working staff."

"We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI thanks to their convenient Park and Fly option. The process was incredibly simple — we parked our car right at the hotel and headed off on vacation without a hitch. No need to worry about airport parking or long walks with luggage. The shuttle service was top-notch. It was prompt, easy to use, and the drivers were friendly and professional.
