"The arrival was as planned. My Expedia reservation included a sofa bed which was clearly written on the reservation. At 430pm checkin I was given a suite which was suppose to have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed which is enough to sleep 5 persons. It was not until we returned to the suite at midnight that we tried opening the sofa bed, but it turned out to be a regular non sofa bed. By this time my kids were already in bed and settled in. I went to the front desk to inquire what had happened. ...

"Room was fully equipped, I had issues with Parking. In ad it said Parking on site included in price, or off-site for $20/ day. We parked vehicle on Grounds and didn't move it for 4 Days but was charged $80 anyways. Nice that Everything is Available on site, food, bars, Beach chairs, shopping, coffee. Restaurant on roof has good food and Breakfast was nice. Other Issue: Our Room was on 5th floor. Next floor up is Sky Deck/ Bar/ Restaurant/ Lounge: Kinda Loud noise coming Through the Ceiling.
