"I made a reservation and when I arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation so I went elsewhere just to find out a couple of days later that they still charged me for my stay I couldn’t get ahold of the hotel management about a refund …very poor service I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone "

" Property is quiet and rooms are semi sound resistent. Staff was friendly and kind. However property wouldnt allow extended online booking. Was charged for early check in. So we lost out on our one key cash that was supposed to save us for the booking. "

"This hotel has been renovated to a BW+. Well, to begin with the beds are so high, they are hard to get into. If you are less than 6’5, your feet won’t touch the floor. The food was ok but the waffle was awesome! The amenities were acceptable. They gave a very old BW a facelift but the renovations were sloppy. I looked forward to our stay but was very disappointed…"

"The staff was nice. The floors had a residue on them so I didn’t want to walk without my sandals in the room. There was dried blood on a blanket. You can tell it had been washed, but that was gross. To use the electricity you had to keep the keycard in the wall. Also, I think someone was living in their car in the parking lot. "

"When I arrived on Friday evening I was exhausted. I felt like the woman who checked me in was rude but honestly I was probably not a pleasure to deal with. I was already upset because a room that I had previously paid $130 a night for was now over $300 a night with the pet fee. Even on its best day that room is not a $300 a night room. My wife and I have been staying there exclusively though every time we come to fort Worth since 2024 so I paid it. When I got in the room I had a text waiting...
