I had terrible experience but anwar was easy approachable and when escalated anwar called and was happy to listen to you and accepted he will get it sorted for next guest It may be my mistake of opting cheaper rooms over Expedia that may be also reason for not meeting my expectations

Dirty window hanging off bathroom I had to clean before using . I am reporting this to health and safety. How do I get a refund. Had to wipe down all surfaces in room.even smelled dirty not fresh

It’s more like an HMO . The shared bathroom is used by ALOT of people including a family . Mainly single men so not advisable for solo female traveller . The bathroom is not pleasant but clean enough . The room was very clean and well maintained.

Unacceptable

Over the years we have regularly booked overnight stays using a range of property types and standards. We have never been so shocked by the service provided and genuinely believe it is essential we share our experience to enable others to make an informed decision and hopefully encourage the owners to improve the management of their property which has the potential to be superb. We do not have unreasonable standards and acknowledge that lower star ratings and lower prices are reflected in the service you will receive but it shouldn't impact the basic requirements for an acceptable overnight stay. Our photos show some of the issues but unfortunately there were many more. There were so many spiders, cobwebs and dust that it was necessary for us request use of the vacuum cleaner before we could settle, surprisingly there was no apology or offer of assistance. The floor was too dirty to be able to take our shoes off and the remote was filthy, there was actually visible mould on it. Only one light bulb worked, the blinds were poor fitting and broken. The sinking mattress had only a poorly fitted sheet that was inside out, no mattress protector used. The bathroom was also unclean with more spider webs and spiders, one actually around the handle of the toilet brush. I could continue but I'm running out of characters. I will add that in the morning the entire water supply stopped, we had no explanation only a brief, "sorry but no water" from the host as I left the waterless bathroom

Won't book again.

Unfortunately you are literally renting a room in shared accommodation. On a positive note we were allowed to check in 2 hours early. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not clean, pubic hair on floor, toilet dirty, top floor family living in the property. Walls need painting, beds while comfy did not sleep in as bedding didn't smell fresh, luckily had a sleeping bag in the car. Had to open the windows due to a smell of faint cigarettes although this could have been from the outside. Only used the kitchen to put milk in the fridge, and the family were cooking dinner. Did not use the cutlery or cups/bowls etc, as did not trust them. Extremely awkward. All in all looks and feels like a HMO and at the price you pay, it wasn't very nice and will book an actual hotel next time. Did not even attempt to walk on the floors without shoes on, the carpets could do with deep clean or in fact replacing altogether.

Sharing a dirty bathroom with strangers is something I don't relish but at least there was a lock on the door, even if there was no toilet paper. Having a code to enter both the front door and the room itself was not enough. The code opened a box at the twist of a knob inside was the key attached a plastic wire. I was told this, not by the family living there but by a relative, leaving the building. No phone numbers of any kind. The whole thing was more expensive than the great room that I had in Luton.

It was more comfortable than I taught. For the price of each night, it exceeded it. A walking distance to the train station. It’s clean, easy to locate. Direction on how to access the building was clear. The room was sizeable, although it a shred bath and toilet, they were clean. I will recommend if you are staying a night or two.

Nice cheap room but residence in non-numbered room (I assume live there permanently) were very noisy until the early hours of the night (2am), almost shouting at each other with children talking too. Very odd. Had to ask them to be quiet. Room was very hot too, almost unbearable in the middle of winter Not entirely clear where bathrooms are either, especially when trying to go the toilet in the middle of the night Texts with updates but no host to greet, literally just lock boxes on the doors with keys inside on bungee cords. Cheap and cheerful but be mindful you might not get a good sleep

I had a wonderful stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to town with the added bonus of free parking. It's an ideal spot for a budget-friendly night out, allowing you to enjoy yourself without worrying about getting home. Although the bathroom is shared, it was exceptionally clean, which was a pleasant surprise. This minor detail is the only reason for the 4-star rating. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Small carpark but free. Entrance is a white door around the back of the building Code to access the key to get into the building and then another code to access the key to your room which are sent via email around 4pm . As I read the room on the website it's says 2 beds and a bathroom but that's not the case unfortunately it's a shared shower room next to the room !! And it wasn't the cleanest hair on the floor dirty footprints The bedroom was an ok size Bed comfy enough but duvet was way to thin and small! Noticed a few blood/stains the next day on the bed !. WiFi good Shower was warm not overly powerful. You could hear people moving around the building talking loudly. I did receive a phone call from the owner the next day apologised for the other tenants being so loud! Location close to the town centre. Because of the shared shower room and able to hear people around in the room. I probably won't stay again.

Skidmarks!

Property listing stated that kitchen is shared and goes on to specify that items of kitchen equipment are also shared. Pity they omitted to mention bathroom & toilet are also shared! I just love being faced with someone else's skidmarks in the pan! Bathroom floor waterlogged & slimey after others' usage. Avoid!

Icansay that this is very good accommodation. Clean, new, friendly and with good facilities. However, something needs to be done about the constant late night door slamming. Very disturbing as my room was ground floor. I think this was stupid guest. Soft door closers would fix this. I absolutely would stay again.
