There is much to see and do in the area, including shopping at the designer outlet at Bicester Village which is a short drive, the Cotswolds with its picturesque villages, Warwick Castle, Waddesdon Manor, Blenheim Palace and numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Silverstone, Henley for its Regatta, Oxford with its spires and much more. Bicester Golf Club and Spa are only a short drive. Even a day trip to London is accessible on the train.

Stepping up into the beautiful hand crafted property you will immediately find yourself in the open-plan kitchen/diner/sleeping area. In the sleeping area you will find a double bed, privately tucked away at one end and with curtains to pull across come bedtime and watch the TV. In the dining area there is small table and chairs perfect for enjoying breakfast and your morning coffee before heading out for the day. After a day exploring snuggle up in front of the wood burner, or open up the French doors onto the spacious decking area, let the outside in and enjoy the waterside views. The compact kitchen area is equipped with an induction hob, oven, and fridge. There is also a shower room with shower and WC, to prepare for the day ahead. Providing a comfortable stay in this beautiful rustic environment.

The outside area is peaceful and simply gorgeous, the perfect spot to dine al fresco on your private decking area with outdoor kitchen with BBQ, steak searing station, beer and wine fridge and a table and chairs, and enjoy the waterside views. In the evenings, enjoy a game of croquet on the lawn, see the resident alpacas in the adjoining field or enjoy a glass of wine in the attractive gardens. Relax in the bubbles of your private inflatable hot tub, with a cold drink or just admire the views. There is off-road parking for one car.
