This cozy, riverfront condo in Avon is perfect for couples, families, and groups, offering lots of space, easy access to skiing, and lovely mountain views.

About three miles from Beaver Creek Ski Resort in the Mountain Stream complex, this rental gives you good access to dining options, coffee shops, and grocery stores.

This home has a retro-cozy feel with brightly painted walls and wood panel accents. The living room has a nice leather sofa, wood-burning fireplace, and a large, flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player and a DVD library. There's also a CD player, iPod dock, and WiFi access. This home also has a selection of adult and kids' games.

The dining area seats four and leads to a small patio with views of the Eagle River. The breakfast bar seats two more, and has everything you need, featuring plenty of counter space and standard appliances, including a dishwasher.

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo accommodates up to seven guests (four adults) comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a set of twin-size bunk beds and a pull-out trundle. There's also a private washer/dryer.

In the winter, head to Beaver Creek Ski Resort for snowboarding, snowshoeing, and downhill and cross-country skiing. In the summer, check out Beaver Creek Golf Course, go mountain biking or hiking, or take in the annual Wine Festival in August, and reserve a spot at one of the area's white-glove wine excursions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fine

The place has everything you need and it was very clean. Nothing fancy or too nice, in fact some things (cookware, dishes, toiletries) a bit on the cheap side. Things are a bit worn out like the main bedroom blinds, some furniture and walls/doors in need of paint. The place definitely needs a bit of love and a refresh. If you are looking for something not fancy and clean it does the trick.

Good location for skiing BC. Condo could use some updating for sure but everything worked fine. We weren’t there to spend time in the condo so didn’t really matter to us….communication was quick if any questions.

This property served its purpose but for the money we expected it to be a bit nicer, updated! The lock on the front door took several times to get it to open! Wasn’t stocked with drinking glasses and no extra blankets!

Broken items and difficult entry procedures.

Fold out couch could not be opened. Bunk bed room’s closet door off henges. No directions for operation of TV. There were dead bolt keys on the side of doors, but no combination to open. After 20 minute phone call with Vacasa we finally got in. Only 3 classes in kitchen and 4 coffee cups. No outside recepticals for trash and recycling.

Great stay!

My friends and I stayed at this property so we could do some skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek, and it was perfect! While we had a little bit of trouble checking in, we called Vacasa and they were able to get us into the condo within a couple of minutes. After that, we had no other problems. The house was great, had a pretty good selection of appliances that all worked. I really don’t have any complaints, and highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to do some skiing in the Vail/ Beaver Creek area!

Proximity to BC

Condo worked for us close to the slopes. For the money paid the slider to go outside didn’t work. Also the bedroom closet wouldn’t work. Condo needs to be updated.

It's a nice property in a good location. If my family of 6 was staying for more than 1-2 nights it might feel a little cramped, but for the short time we were there it worked great! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, close to Vail/Beaver Creek

Overall nice place. Clean (most important), well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. No facial tissue....strange. A couple of fixes needed: bunk bed in "kids" room too squeaky to use. Luckily the trundle bed was great. The closet doors in same room were off the runners and falling out, an easy fix surely. Location is right off hwy 6 so traffic sounds all night if you want fresh air (not awful just good to know).

good location to activities but other problems

wasn't clean when we checked in...floor was really sticky and dirty so we wiped down ourselves. no screens on windows, which invites bugs in during summer. handle on second bath shower was stripped so couldn't control temp. "riverfront" implies the place overlooks the river. Not so....it overlooks Hwy. 6 on one side and a parking lot on the other. No view of river from condo.

The condiminium buildings are run down. In need of painting.

Well, first of all, the electrical outlet in the Master Bath did not work. Had to use other bath to blow dry hair. The shower faucet in main bathroom did not work. broken. There were 4 of us that needed to shower after skiing with one shower available and plans to go out. We had trouble getting the dryer to work because the knob to turn it on was broken. We finally bought a wrench to turn it on. Would not stay there again. I expect a partial refund for all the problems we had at this condo.

Nice clean condo with good parking and close to Vail and Beaver Creek

I was there for an Anesthesia conference at the Marriott at Vail. It was a very easy drive to Vail less than 10 min. The condo had a good parking spot with very quick clearing when it snowed. My wife and my daughter stayed here for a week. The condo was clean, warm and the 2 bathrooms were great. The biking running trail was just in the front of the condo
