Just one block to the beach and boardwalk. Condo for Rent, View the broad panorama of Avila Beach, the Avila Pier, Port San Luis, foothills and the horizon from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Private deck with views of Avila Beach and San Luis Bay. King bed in the primary bedroom, and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. Living Room is equipped with TV, wireless internet, Queen sofa sleeper or air-bed, whichever you prefer, for additional sleeping in the living room. Washer and dryer on-site. Dining Room has circular dining table for 6 plus 2 bar stools. No BBQ.

Off street parking for 2 vehicles.

Small dogs are considered and if approved require an additional fee of $100, plus tax. To get approved, guests must first submit a photo of the dog and agree to:
1.) Bring sheets/blankets to cover the furniture
2.) Take the dog to a local pet resort if there is a complaint about the dog

Amazing Location and Views!

We came to the Central Coast for wine tasting. This is the perfect house/condo for that! You have an amazing location, view, as well as comfortable beds, and accommodations. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Weekend trip with family

This was our first time visiting Avila Beach. The property was great! The view from the front balcony was beautiful and we made sure to sit outside and just take in the view, the sound of the waves and the fresh air. The location was only a block away from the beach and having access to the garage for parking made it less stressful. The unit was upstairs and had plenty of room for our entire family. We were close enough to have our daughter who attends CP SLO come and stay with us for the short weekend. Will definitely book agin in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great view and very clean/updated property

We LOVED staying at this condo, it was updated, clean, balcony was an amazing addition, garage was great for wagon and kids jogger storage, and location could not be better! We will be coming back next year!!

Perfect Spot by the Beach

The condo is a block form the beach with a great view from patio of ocean front. You can hear the waves crashing at night when you sleep. Condo was well setup for our family get together. We had 3 at the place and 2 more staying at hotel around the corner. Condo was large enough for us to have several meals at the condo for all 5 of us.

Spring break in Avila Beach

We have stayed at this property two times. The views and location cannot be beat! The property is clean and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. We enjoyed doing the puzzles from the games closet on the rainy days.

Paradise with a View!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at 90 San Luis St. C., and it is always a joy. So conveniently close to the water and promenade, that you can walk right down for a morning coffee at Kraken, or breakfast at the Custom House. Had take out one evening at Ocean Grill, and the property had all the things you need to enjoy a family-style meal at the large dining room table. Couple quick notes: save your rental agreement so that you know what is expected of you for checking out. Unlike most VRBO’s, this property does not have a welcome binder with the procedures. There’s only a lucite placard that tells you the wifi code/laundry room code, and information on contacting the property management. Second, make sure you read through the house amenities provided when you’re considering the property so you know what to expect - there is no grill, nor a grilling pan, so don’t expect to be BBQ’ing steak/chicken/fish. And, like 99% of the properties in Avila, there is NO A/C. Do not be confused by the wall mounted thermostat that makes you think there is! Not sure if that’s disengaged for rental, but regardless you don’t get to use it. We love love LOVE this property! We’ve come to Avila for over 20 years and this is by far our favorite place to stay. Come enjoy the best kept secret beach in California!!

Very impressive property!

This property is absolutely amazing. The unit was spacious, well decorated and equipped. The location was unbelievable and we loved sitting in the deck and staring at the ocean. We celebrated our sons engagement right down the street on the beach and we loved being so close by. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you!

Great location

The location can't be beat, the interior is clean and very well-equipped, and lots of space for our family. We enjoyed the fireplace, the balcony, and the convenience of a washer and dryer on site. Highly recommend!

Even better than anticipated

Wonderful stay at this beautiful two bedroom condo on the second floor of a building just one block from the ocean. The views from the living room and balcony were fantastic. The place was very well appointed with all that was needed. Pretty incredible water pressure in the showers. Will probably look for another opportunity to stay!
