"I was given a room directly across from 3 elevators & I COULDN’t sleep due to all the noise of the elevators. The next morning I asked to be moved to another quieter room but the staff gave me the run around & didn’t move me. I had to ask to speak to the manager after a 2nd night of noise. They said they would speak to the manager. They never did & did not move me. The staff was really not helpful & stupid. I will be reporting them"

"This Bethesda, MD, property is centrally located just above the metro station. More than ample parking space is on site at a reasonable cost. Lobby is spacious and staff are eager to help. Condition of the room, property and plumbing s are very satisfactory. Onsite eateries are of high quality and many eating options are within short walking distances. I will positively consider my next stay at this property in future."

"I had confirmed and prepaid reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bethesda, Maryland for 4 nights in May 2026. Upon my arrival to check in, the hotel staff told me my reservation got canceled because they overbooked by 13 rooms. The staff did not assist in any way to secure alternate arrangements. I would not recommend booking at this location, nor at a Hilton hotel. I am highly disappointed! Plus, it just doesn’t feel right that they can overbook and then arbitrarily cancel people’s prepaid...

"My Wife & I picked the Omni because it is close to our daughters apt although it's a little more expensive that we would normally choose. It has a lovely pool, the lobby goes on forever & features several snack/drink options. It also has activity areas for children. Our room was comfortable with nice shower. Our 1rst morning about 8:45 there was a lotta noise. When my wife opened the curtain to see we were surprised to find a man on scaffold 2 feet away. Later at the pool we observed many such...

"I’ve stayed at the Line multiple times and it’s been my go to choice for stays in DC but this latest stay was the worst. I was called on the day I was to check in that my reservation for May that I made in January had been cancelled. When I asked why, they said because the hotel was overbooked and my card declined the hotel charge. Why would a hotel be charging random cards without authorization or notification not even an hour after check in? I had to work with Expedia to get this rectified but...

"We had a pleasant stay at SIXTY DC in Washington, District of Columbia. The hotel location was good and convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, although somewhat small. We really liked the overall theme and stylish decoration of the hotel, which gave it a unique atmosphere. The staff were also very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience."
