Justo encima de los tejados de la pintoresca y pequeña ciudad de Avalon, en Santa Catalina, se encuentra 'ubicada' esta suite de tres niveles de nivel superior a solo unos pasos (a media cuadra de la ciudad) del paseo marítimo y las playas de arena. A su regreso de un día lleno de diversión, le espera un refrescante Swim, ya que nos complace ofrecerle una de las pocas piscinas y spas en Catalina ... Copia de seguridad en la suite .. Las impresionantes vistas del puerto, la ciudad y las laderas desde los 2 balcones privados le recuerdan a uno la belleza de Santa Catalina y el estado de ánimo revelado en el estilo de vida de la 'Isla'.

Sí, estas son vacaciones, y la 'Isla' lo espera con actividades como golf, tenis, buceo, pesca, senderismo, parapente, golf en miniatura, paseos en bote con fondo de cristal, tiendas, restaurantes y mucho más. más.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Villa Casablanca! Our host Kim was very communicative and set great expectations and provided information for not only the rental but amenities around town. The rental itself was perfect for our family of 5. Tons of space, clean and easily accessible to the town of Avalon. The bonus was the free private golf cart that came with our rental! Our family enjoyed that a lot and made the trip even more memorable for our kids.

Although the unit is in a good location, our experience with the property was not pleasant. Upon arriving in the unit, the unit was extremely hot. Both bathroom heaters were left on, unit was so hot we could barely breathe. Fans were provided but not enough as they were small fans. 1 big fan was provided located in the living room. We immediately notified the property owner only to be told to leave if we were not happy. Host response was unfriendly and dismissive. We requested for additional fans but we didn't get any. It took several hours to get the place at an acceptable temperature, literally the following day. One of the bathrooms was not really clean (shower area), the shower head was loose, we had to tighten it to avoid getting water splashed outside of the shower. I give it 2 stars just because it had enough beds for 5 and 2 full bathrooms, the location and golf cart access. We will not recommend this unit. Beware staying in this unit during the summer! no A/C.

Great stay, great views, great all around!

Comfortable, clean, and accurate listing. Walkable from the ferry dock and most places in town. We named the golf cart “Rosita,” and had fun exploring the further points of interest. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Avalon

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Casablanca. The unit was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and roomy. Location is close to everything in town. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided lots of local information. The use of the golf cart is an added bonus.All in all we had a delightful stay, just be prepared to negotiate all the stairs.

Birthday Celebration

The place is very comfortable and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchen was a good size, though we didn't use it much except to make coffee and fix snacks. The view was not as shown, not much of an ocean view, but there was a mountain view. The golf cart is a bit far away, so we didn't use it much. The cart is not on the property, it is about .4 miles away. There are a lot of steps to get into the property, but there is an elevator once you get inside the property. We are all in our 60's, in good shape, but the steps were a bit tiring, especially carrying our luggage up on the first day.Overall we enjoyed our time there, weather was great and the condo is less than 1/2 mile to town. The upstairs balcony was really nice to sit and have drinks and snacks. We used the cart to carry our luggage back to the dock to catch the ferry, so that was very helpful.

Great weekend getaway

This was a great location for our weekend getaway with our friends. Great communication from the very beginning. Check instructions were clear and easy. The place was clean and with a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect for walking to all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect space to relax after a busy day on the island

We rented this condo for our first stay on Catalina Island and we were not disappointed. The listing is very accurate so we knew what to expect. It is a short walk from the harbor but the availability of the golf cart is a bonus that most rentals don't provide. The house was well appointed. The kitchen was completely stocked. Communication with the owners by email or text was handled as promptly as possible. The information packet sent by email prior to arrival was much appreciated. We loved our stay and will plan to return soon. If the unit is available, it would be our first choice.

Harbor View Misleading

My overall review is good. The home is very clean, and has many updates done to make it more modern. The space is nice and having the two balconies is very nice. The beds were comfortable. However, I booked this based on it having a "Harbor View" which is stated in the title of the listing and photos of the "Harbor View" provided in the photos. However, there is absolutely no harbor view at all. Not even a sliver from either balcony. So that is extremely misleading. Once I recieved my checkin instructions it did mention something about two units and they can be booked together as one unit. Maybe a view from the other unit. But that is not the one we booked nor were we told abut this before booking. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to having the nice view. Instead our view was of the very dated pool area, and the brown dated building. The marketing for this needs to be updated to not mislead guests.

Long weekend in Avalon

The condo was exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of room, and very nice and comfortable. The complementary golf cart was a huge plus, and we had a great weekend. The unit could have been cleaned a little better, we noticed a few minor areas missed by the maid service, but overall not bad. The automated email communication was prompt and accurate, but there was no direct contact with the property management, so I don’t know how responsive they are if anything was needed. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would stay again.

Amazing and peaceful location

We had an amazing time here. It is nice that we were a little further from the beach so we could enjoy the peace and quiet on the patio away from the crowds of the beach, but still easily within walking distance from everything. Everything was very clean and we would absolutely love to stay here again!

A great stay in town

Property clean and great communications. Eric assisted with the correct golf key as the people before us put the wrong key in the lock box. Also it was a little hard to sleep through the night as there is no AC and we didn’t want to leave the sliding doors open through the night. But all in all a great stay that fit my family of 4 easily.

Excellent Communication and Views

My group rented both condos. It was perfect for our stay. The views were amazing, the golf carts were a bonus, but you can really walk anywhere on the island from the condo. Kim was an awesome communicator. Would definitely stay again!
