Nothing beats the views from this spot!! Everything was wonderful - from the views to the complimentary snacks and drinks, and the added use of the golf cart! We will certainly be staying here again!

This was a great property. The interior was clean, well stocked, had a fantastic view of the beautiful harbor. The AC worked well, the hot tub was great for our group. We chose Catalina on a short planning window and the property choices were limited and this was great, albeit a bit cramped for 5 grown people once the sofa bed was folded out. We appreciated use of the golf cart and explored all over Avalon on it.

We had a fantastic time at the Eagles Nest in Catalina. The home is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities you can need. The oversized Sun Deck with sunken hot tub overlooking Avalon Bay has got to be one of the best spots in the city. The Host was easy to work with and resolved the couple of small issues that we had admittedly they were self-inflicted. This is our second stay at Eagles Nest and hopefully not our last. Do not hesitate to book at this home you will be so early mistaken to miss out on this fantastic spot.

I had the most amazing stay in Catalina for my 50th birthday! The home was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with every amenity I could’ve possibly needed. The location was stunning, offering the kind of views and atmosphere that instantly puts you in vacation mode.One of the biggest highlights was that the host provided two golf carts, which made getting around the island so easy and fun. It truly elevated the entire experience! The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and seamless throughout my stay.I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Great Family Vacation Home

My family from Hawaii and Japan was visiting (party of six) and The Scott's family had made this trip stress-free and amazing. We all enjoyed our time together, relaxed, ate good food, and enjoyed the view. The communication was superb.

Beautiful home!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The view is incredible and the we spent a lot of time enjoying the deck and hot tub. We really appreciated the gas heater which allowed us to use the outdoor amenities even on cool November evenings. Kitchen is very well stocked and the entire home was clean and cozy. We look forward to visiting again!
