"The property itself was actually really good for me and my husband due to its location to the stadium however we were very surprised at the state of the room and the efficacy of the cleaners. A microwave had the previous person’s broken up muffin in there and the previous person‘s hair was still on the shower walls. You could see the mop marks where half of the bathroom was Missed. Would I stay there again? Yes, I would. Just adjust your expectations for paying $450."

"You cannot beat the location: central, adjacent to the beach and only a stroll to bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. The rooms are well appointed and once the renovation project is completed, all rooms will be newly modernised. The resort has lovely pools, including a pool for kids and a spa. Free off street parking is also a huge bonus. One thing I would say - the areas around the pools and water features in particular are incredibly slippery and you need to take care when walking through...

"Everything was perfect for our stay, apartment is clean and modern. Check-in did cost some time, also we met the situation our parking slot has been parked by another car. But resolved finally after some calls to find other available slots."

"Look it wasn't horrendous. But when we checked in we were told we had received an up grade, and I am not sure which part of the room was upgraded (it smelt funny, the furnishings were VERY sparse, the TV had a huge line through it making viewing difficult, and the bedroom air con didnt work) so I dread to think what we would have gotten if we weren't upgraded. For an Oaks property, this disappointed us."
