Guest Access:

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire homes. These homes are two of several rental row homes with shared walls on a large property. This listing is for 3 homes and its private fenced 1800 sf (combined) backyard and 3 x pools! There may be interaction with other guests outside of your private space including the shared driveway and parking areas. We ask everyone to be kind and courteous while staying at our property. And move inside after 1030pm. Some amenity lights may not turn on after that time.


Please note:

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 6 vehicles. 3 vehicles can be parked in 3 reserved spots in the driveway and 3 vehicles may be parked in the street nearby. NO MORE THAN 6 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the homes.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

Other Things to Note:

✹ 48 GUEST MAX. OCCUPANCY MONITORED AND ENFORCED.

✹ Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book based on the number of guests you enter. After 18 guests, the rent increases by $55.56 per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. Please note, the property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.

✹ The pools can be heated for a fee. Please inquire for details. Heated pool desired temperatures can be extremely subjective and cannot be guaranteed, though we will try our best.

✹ Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
