This Austin Tech-Ridge house offers 5-KING beds and 2.5 baths. A perfect long-term stay for traveling families, executives, and professionals. See some of the highlights below:

The space
This beautiful 2-story house has 5 bedrooms. All 5 beds are King size beds, with comfortable hybrid mattresses, and multiple types of pillows for different sleeping postures.

The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a sitting area, furnished with a King bed and a Futon.

The laundry area is on the 2nd floor, washer and dryer are installed.

The kitchen is fully stocked, ready to prepare your favorite home-cooked meal.

Coffee Station: located in the kitchen, the coffee station has regular and decaf coffee, and tea.

Water dispenser: A 5-gallon Hot/Cold water dispenser is located near the kitchen area.

Please feel free to inquire about any request or item you may need to make your stay more comfortable in Austin.

The entire house is accessible to guests, this includes the completely fenced-in backyard and covered Patio.

Spacious, Clean, and Great Communication – A Relaxing Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this home. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, respectful, and helpful. Check-in was smooth with no issues, and the home was clean and welcoming upon arrival.The house had plenty of space for me and my family, which made our trip even more enjoyable. While I did notice the massage chair shown in the listing wasn’t there (which was one of the reasons I booked), and the backyard hadn’t been cut initially, the host responded immediately and had the yard taken care of that same day—great customer service.One suggestion: more face towels would have been helpful, especially for a larger group. Still, we truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the host making it a great experienceWould definitely recommend, and I’d stay again.

Came to this location for a wedding. There was plenty of room to kick back and relax when not at the wedding itself. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room.

Cool private community

Our stay was great.. besides the massage chair not being there and no access to the garage our stay was peaceful..very nice area..close to the highway.. restaurants.and gas station..I will be booking again if I ever go to back to Austin

Family Girls’ Trip

This house was perfect for our group of 6! The beds were very comfortable and spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. The space was immaculate and had everything we needed. Communication was top notch. We didn’t need anything during our stay since everything was just as described but I know we would have been quickly accommodated had it been necessary! 100% would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable

Our group included 6 adults (siblings). We enjoyed the gathering places - living room and kitchen and the outdoor screened in porch. The kitchen was well supplied with plates and glasses but the pots/pans need updating. I addressed it with the owner/manager and they are planning to update them. The owner/manager was VERY responsive and helpful. The beds were all comfortable and bathrooms well supplied. The house was very clean There are a few other maintenance issues that I shared with the owner/manager and they intend to address them. If you are looking for a convenient and comfortable place to have a gathering this is a good spot!

Excellent property! Great location close to Round Rock outlets for shopping as well as UT campus. I really appreciated the cleanliness. The bathrooms were spotless! Several rooms and comfy beds to choose from. Would definitely stay here again :)

Great location

We really enjoyed the 5 bedrooms with 5 comfortable king size beds. The living room furniture was also comfortable - a real plus. Lots of fluffy white towels for the bathrooms. The house was well designed for a multigenerational family. A gate was provided to keep the toddler off the steep stairs and a portable crib available too. Missing items - dish towels, ice cube trays or a working ice maker and the back yard was not mowed - this is easily remedied and might be for the next guest. 2 AC/heating units - one for each floor worked really well. Showers and hot water excellent. We highly recommend and would stay here again the next time we visit family in Pflugerville.

Unforgettable Austin Getaway!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property in Austin, Texas! The house was stunning—beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location was ideal for exploring all that Austin has to offer. We were close to great restaurants, shops, and all the local attractions, making it easy to experience the vibrant energy of the city. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Communication was seamless, and they provided thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcomed. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back for another Austin adventure!

Very close to perfect. :)

The house was just as advertised. Host was extremely accommodating and responsive. We had to adjust our dates twice due to juggling all the family schedules. House had ample space for 7 adults and one infant to sleep comfortably. The four bedrooms upstairs all had king beds and was exactly what we will looking for since it was our adult children getting together with their s/o to meet the 1st grandbaby/neice. My aging father also came and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for him so he didn't have to deal with stairs. Kitchen was well stocked with basic spices available. No major complaints. However, if I had to list a way to improve it would be the following: 1. The front yard was well manicured, but the back could have been mowed. 2. Parking, since we had family driving in from multiple areas, we ended up with five vehicles there (two more when other family came to visit for a couple hours) and parking was difficult because we did not want to intrude on any of the neighbors' space around us. We assumed we would be able to park a car or two in the garage, but it was unavailable. Again, neither of those were a big deal but I like to give relevant feedback. I would definitely use this residence again in the future.

The house was very clean and well organized. Bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels. Ishmael was very accommodating in allowing my friends and I to check in early and making sure everything was perfect for us prior to our arrival.
