We are proud to offer “OakridgeVacation” The perfect spot to explore, unwind and have some fun!
Large Modern Barndomeninium that sits in between 2 renovated houses on 10 acres of land. This was designed and built for large groups such as family reunions, receptions, corporate retreats or anything worth celebrating!

Located next to Hamilton Pool and Reimers Ranch State Park this 10 acre estate boasts 3 properties with a emphasis on fun. Some of the amenities included are:

House 2 (Texas Flag)

4 Bedrooms, 5 beds (4 Kings, 1 Queen pull out sofa) 2 Bathrooms. 1 outdoor deck with patio furniture. Fully stocked Kitchen/Appliances/Utensils & Laundry. Smart TV in living room

Party Barndo

1 Queen pull out sofa and 1 blow up Queen mattress, 1 full bathroom. Loft has 2 large bean bags for relaxation or for anyone who would also want to sleep on them. Extra blankets provided. 2 Smart TV’s in main floor and 1 upstairs in Loft. There is another tv located by the simulator but it is dedicated for that station.

* RV Hookup is available outside house 2 if bringing a RV to the property

Max occupancy is 20 overnight guests. If hosting a event must be approved by host beforehand and a fee of 500.00 is applied. You are allowed additional 30 guests till 10 PM. Any guests that visit the property that are not overnight guests will constitute as a event fee.
A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Jamie was wonderful and communicative about every aspect of the trip. She was very compensating for my fellow guests and myself and the details provided about the surrounding area were fantastic. The photos of the listing were accurate and the bedrooms was more than accommodating. The only reason for the 4-stars for the accuracy is due to the lack of a “waterfall pool” - in the description of the property it lists a “waterfall pool table” which I believe could be some sort of an autofill issue. I would definitely stay here and recommend this place to people looking for something of the sort.

Perfect stay at this fun property!

Fantastic time at this fun property! Stayed here over Christmas, with family arriving from Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan, Virginia and Massachusetts. The barndominium was the perfect place to congregate. Loved the games (even my 85 YO mom played skee ball and tabletop shuffleboard), the Xmas tree, and the convenience of a sink, refrigerator and counter space. Kitchens are both large (could be slightly better equipped, but in general we found what we needed). Comfortable beds, quiet setting. We will come back!

50th birthday gathering

We stayed here with 6 other couples to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The game room house was a perfect community area and where we spent most of our time. The houses with the bedrooms were great as well. All the beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub as well, easy to use and clean. I highly recommend for a group or family gathering!

Perfect Event Venue

We rented this property this past weekend and it was perfect. We hosted our small wedding and stayed the weekend. The houses are beautiful, well equipped, and very comfortable. The barndominium is super fun and had something to entertain everyone. The only thing I'll say is that you need to book this property for longer than 2 nights, we didn't have enough time to enjoy all the amenities provided! Thanks again for hosting us!

Such a great experience!

We loved our stay. The houses were great with our family of 18! We used the barn to have our vow renewal and it was incredible! All our friends and family had such a great time. We couldn’t have asked for more. Perfect option for a weddding, event or vow renewal.

Felt like a short term rental, not a family home

This is only the second time we’ve rented a VRBO, both times to take the whole family (14 of us) to an eclipse. I now realize we were spoiled because the first home we rented was a home that the owner and his family used, so it was a great, well kept house with bookshelves loaded with books and a great jacuzzi and a giant fire pit with lots of wood, plus a great game room. This place had a fabulous game room (the barn) that the kids loved, but we were a bit disappointed that the property, while clean, was a bit disorganized. As an example, one kitchen had a cutlery organizer but no forks - two sections of knives. The other kitchen had forks but no organizer, so everything was thrown in a drawer. Very limited pots and pans. Plenty of dishes and glasses, but not much matched, which is what made us realize that this place is a rental, and not a “pride of ownership” family retreat. The hot tub didn’t heat, and the owner said they were unaware and would call a service company. They had a fire pit, but the wood pile had a wheelbarrow with a sign saying $50 per barrow and that “inventory is tracked - please inform host.” Just seemed tacky but maybe they’ve been “burned” by others before us, My suggestion would be that in addition to doing a good job of cleaning the place prior to guest arrival (which they do), someone should verify that each kitchen is complete, that the hot tub is working, pillows in each room (our room had only 2, but there were lots in other rooms),etc.

Beautiful & Amazing Property!

The property was amazing and exactly as shown in the pictures! Both houses and party barn are modern and fully stocked ready to enjoy your stay. My family and I enjoyed and loved that there were activities and games for kids as well as the adults. Jamie was prompt to answer all our questions and helpful in all the booking process. We loved it so much we are already talking of coming back next year!

Our group had such an amazing time at this property. Everything was high end in both houses and the barn. We had a couple of issues with the stove and grill but it was addressed quickly.

FAMILY STAY

The home was as advertised, and we thuroughy enjoyed the Barndominium. I have 5 siblings all married with my mother and a family friend and the accomidations and rooms were surperb, the host spared no expense on the sheets, towels and entertainment.. Recomendations if you plan on cooking there was limited cooke ware we had to but pots and pans , luckily my sister used it as an excuse to upgrade hers. One of the homes A/C froze i had to change the filter and let it sit for a few hoymurs and it came back on fine... Overall we all enjoyed the serinity of the location and our accommodations

60th Bday and Family Reunion Success!

What a great place!! We chose this compound as a location for a 60th bday and a small family reunion. We wanted to escape the heat. We wanted a place that had activites and comfort in a clean setting that could house several.... and this place delivered and then some! There were 17 of us with 6 couples, and 3 singles, and everyone had their own private space with 3 pullouts and 2 couches to spare. There were enough bathrooms across the 3 dwellings that no one felt crowded. We could have easily fit several more if we needed to. Both houses were clean, and felt relatively new in their finish out. The AC systems blew cold in all 3 buildings... which was very important to us in this Texas heat. The games in the barndominium were all so much fun, and we didn't even have time to play all of them or use the hot tub. On top of how great the actual place is, dealing with the owners was fantastic also. They were very prompt in all responses, and completely understanding and so very helpful when my husband had several incidents of operator error with the golf system. (totally his doing, not the systems) We got it working with their help and I couldn't thank them enough for their attentiveness. They were great to deal with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I can be a picky person, and I highly recommend it!!

Guys Weekend

We had a group of 13 guys. The property was perfect for our get together. The space in the barn and both houses is huge. There are nice, well stocked kitchens and big, comfortable bedrooms. We would stay again for sure.

A Home Away

The 10 acre property is beautifully set in the Hill Country. The tranquil sounds of the birds and wind are calming. This 3 home property is all you need for a “ Home Away From Home” getaway. There’s no reason to leave the property for entertainment. The “Barn” is full of state of the art games. From our “ Little Ones all the way up to our oldest had something they could do. The homes are roomy and have large areas so everyone can have their own space. Thanks so much to the hosts, Jamie and Angelia, for being easy to work with and making sure all questions were answered in a timely manner. They carried this through from when I first began planning our family vacation until we departed for home.

The Real Deal getaway!Gret

This was the perfect venue for our multi-generational family group and would be a great getaway for any large or small group event. We had four families and the amenities surpassed our expectations. Both houses were awesome setups...especially the beds. Jamie was an excellent contact host and very responsive. Great place folks and we managed a total of 23.

The property was beautiful with plenty of entertainment for everyone to enjoy! Host was very responsive and generous! If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely be coming back here. 5/5 recommend!

Great set up, everything as advertised and expected

Great host - follow up was early and often and host was reachable at any time. Pleasant and professional. We couldn't have had a better trip staying here - from the sleeping quarters to the barndo and all of the open space. This trip was a work trip with some team building in the agenda and the accomodations and set up were ideal for that. It also had a couple of people from our team think they might enjoy bringing their families to the spot.

Wonderful stay!

We recently stayed for the weekend with our friends for a baseball tournament and it was amazing! It accommodated all 3 families. The quietness of the property plus all the amenities in the barn was what made the stay amazing. It is definitely a must stay! Communication with Jamie is top notch, they are amazing owners! The houses were spotless clean and had everything we needed! We really really loved our stay!

Beautiful property

Both houses are absolutely gorgeous with so many wonderful extras for guest use! Comfortable beds and linens. Fire pit is huge with wood provided! Large hot tub was relaxing! The “barn” was a huge bonus….great place to hang out while not disturbing anyone! All the games, TV’s, huge bar, full bathroom and seating was way beyond what the pictures on here show! Recommend for large gatherings with friends and family!
