Fabulous house, great property. Had 15 men from my church stay the weekend and it was great. Kitchen has everything you could need, including tons of plastic plates. Dinner on the covered patio with outdoor kitchen and wonderful view was a highlight.Management was in constant contact and ready to take care of any issues, but there were none. Just be aware that "Rooms & beds" lists 7 bedrooms (sleeps 28), but actually 2 king bedrooms that sleeps 6 are available at added cost.

Excellent space for large groups

Great space for large groups!! Loved everything about the property inside and out!! Game room, pool and hot tub a plus!! Great outdoor sitting and grilling area!! Home is well equipped with everything you may need.

Family getaway

We wanted a place to go and relax with the family and this was the perfect spot ! The house was clean and fully loaded with everything we needed , the new addition was perfect for our grilling with amazing views, kids enjoyed the pool and spa , highly recommended and thinking of going back !

Great property, not so great hosts.

The property was borderline perfect. We went for a bachelor party and there was no lack of space or something to do. Everyone had a bed, everyone had room to breathe, and everyone was able to do something. We did run into some trouble with the hosts a week after we checked out as we were accused of breaking a pool chemical monitor. Instead of going through the VRBO insurance that we had, they insisted on charging us $499 without a full invoice or any sort of proof that we tampered with their pool monitor. Without this issue, I would recommend this property to anyone with more than 10-12 people in one party.

Great for large groups

A good clean house. They were very well stocked for linen, towels and cutlery. Nicely located and good for big groups. Owners were very prompt about getting back. A little heads up about not providing toiletries and sugar would be nice!

Sweet 16 Party

Perfect venue for a teen and 13 (or more) of their closest friends to celebrate a birthday. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, game room, giant couch for viewing horror movies after hours, and even the swing set were all a hit. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very well thought out upgrades to the property. Highly recommend!

Fun reunion / party house in the hill country

We had only 7 people, but it would easily fit many more, with the multiple sets of king-size bunk beds in three rooms and the row of 6 twin bunk beds in another. Not a lot of privacy to be had with all those bunk beds in each room when at capacity, and there might be a line for bathrooms, but it should be perfect for lots of kids or partiers. Pool table, ping pong table, mini-basketball contest & foosball in the game room. You must bring your own shampoo and soap, which caught us by surprise, but well stocked with coffee. A delightful stay, and perfect for our eclipse weekend. Thank you, hosts!

Great place for our mission team!

We flew our staff in on a mission project to restore a house in the area that will be used to serve the community and ministry leaders. They traveled from all over the country and were welcomed into a beautiful, peaceful home. We had a place for everyone to rest, plenty of kitchen space to prepare for the 20 volunteers, and lots of free time options to relax each evening. I would highly recommend this home- we will be back!

#1 Place to stay in the state of Texas!

It's true what they say, Location, Location, Location! The large property is peaceful and secluded. No neighbors that are seen or heard. This is our group's second year here and we plan to come every summer! I truly mean it when I say it's my #1 pick for a VRBO home in the state of Texas! We easily fit our group of 20. Layout of the house is great. Beds are super comfortable, bathrooms ... brand new. The kitchen has great counter space and tools needed for cooking for large groups. Everyone had a blast in the game room and around the fire pit. Pool and a hot tub that seats lots of people were clean and refreshing. Loved sitting on the porch swings watching the sunset. I am totally impressed by their link for check in/out procedures and videos. I've never seen anything so user friendly and detailed. Communication with host and maintenance was swift and professional. Although we didn't need any maintenance it sure was nice to be reached out to and know that someone was on call if any assistance was needed. This place is simply the best!

Amazing property for a large family vacation!!

The pictures don’t do this property justice!! I was concerned at the size of the living areas and the kitchen and was impressed by the space we had!! The views from the outside were amazing and perfect for pictures and sitting outside to relax! The house itself was clean and the 100 year old wood custom table was BEAUTIFUL!! Plenty of bathroom and sleeping space for our party of 18 plus guests who came for my husbands birthday party. The extra large hot tub and the game garage gave us even more options for fun and relaxation!! I would definitely book this property again!!

Wonderful 4th of July Weekend

We had a terrific stay at this house that sleeps 22 in beds. The house was clean, organized and spacious. The layout was great for our needs with a large living room/dining area and kitchen that opened into the dining area and plenty of outdoor space for activities. The pictures are accurate. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of extra plates/cups/silverware and up to date pots/pans. If you plan to cook, this house is ready. Labels are attached to drawers, light switches and doors, and additional signs throughout the house and property give instructions are clear and easy to follow. Communicating with property owner was prompt and accurate. I would recommend this house and hope to book again in the future.

Pre Wedding Celebration

We selected this property due to its seclusion from neighbors and private pool and jacuzzi. The property provided so much more value - a large family wooden dinner table, a game room for everyone to enjoy, barbecue grill, and the feeling of outdoors with deer sightings at night. Everyone had positive reviews about the property and wanted to stay there again. The owner and property manager were gracious and really wanted us to have the best time possible. The property manager came by to check on the pool and jacuzzi water and was extremely nice to speak with and learn the history of the property. The owner was available for any concerns as well before our arrival. The property didn’t overburden us with too many rules and our group left with a ton of great memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my cousin’s pre wedding festivities!!!!

Great for groups!

We rented this property for a big girl's weekend / college reunion and it was PERFECT. There's 4 bathrooms and lots of sleeping space, which made it easy to fit everyone in. The house has beautiful amenities and is very up to date and spacious. The game room was a bonus. It is a bit outside of Austin proper, but even an Uber to the airport on a Sunday morning was only $35-$40, so not egregious. Michael was extremely responsive to any last minute questions I had and super helpful overall. Just be warned the driveway is steep!

Wonderful Experience

Beautiful, clean, comfortable spacious home. This house has it all for large groups with plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner has thought of everything you might need. Beautiful views, fire pit, pool and hot tub and plenty of privacy. We had teenagers with us and they loved the hot tub and the game room. There was plenty to keep us entertained so really no reason to go anywhere. We had issues with one shower not turning on but the owner was very responsive and offered to have someone come check it out right away. Owner is an excellent communicator and the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The pictures don't do it justice! Amazing!

Beautiful place! The house has been completely redone and was perfect for a large gathering of friends and family. The dining table is amazing! 14 foot long with a live edge. They thought of everything even down to incredible and unique custom built bunk beds. The pool, swim spa and entertainment area is awesome and so beautiful. The property has incredible panoramic views of the hill country. At night the stars are stunning. We had so much fun in the game room. Honestly, there is so much to do here you don't need to leave the property. Will definitely be back!
