Blending modern comfort with rustic charm, the home is only 7 minutes from downtown Dripping Springs, HEB, restaurants, coffee shops and local favorites. You're also a short drive to world-class wineries, craft breweries, and natural wonders like Hamilton Pool Preserve. The location is perfect for day trips to Johnson City, Fredericksburg, Wimberley and downtown Austin (~30 minutes away).

Whether you’re lounging by the outdoor pool, gathering around the fire pit under starry skies, or relaxing in the hot tub; this retreat strikes the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

Inside, the cottage features a king suite with tub/shower, a queen bedroom, a queen pull-out sofa and hall bathroom with walk-in shower. Each room and living area have smart TVs with Spectrum cable and high-speed -internet. A provided desk monitor makes remote-work easy, so you can mix business with leisure if needed. A pack-and-play is provided for the little travelers.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker with grinder, a toaster, blender and all the cookware and spices needed to prepare meals. Enjoy meals indoors or outdoors on the deck complete with seating and a gas grill.

Guests will also appreciate thoughtful amenities such as a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, an EV charger, and a power supply for RVs/campers.

Great Getaway

This house was THE perfect location for a getaway with my wife. The house is more than big enough with plenty of amenities...location is on the outskirts of town (but not too far that it's inconvenient to get places), so it's nice and quiet throughout the entire day, but most importantly at night...the pool was refreshing and the hot tub relaxing! I would recommend this any day of the week and twice on Sunday, already planning our next trip!

Great Staycation

We had a blast staying at this little country cottage. It was perfect for a girls get away trip. The pool overlooks vast green valley of trees. The house is clean and cozy.Would be great for a friends trip or a trip with the family.

Good, but not great

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was really nice - as was the pool but too cold to really swim in. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great. Tried to stream movies on Netflix and kept buffering throughout. There was not a Kleenex, piece of paper or writing utensil to be found anywhere. The home was clean except for the refrigerator. The inside had not been wiped down and had crumbs etc.,and the outside had tons of fingerprints and dried on food on the door handles.

Relaxing retreat

Quiet cabin surrounded by nature yet very close to the nearby town. Enjoyed beautiful sunrises and the sounds of birds and a rooster in the distance. Had nice visits from deer. Cabin had everything we needed. Perfect for a family of 4 with 2 kids sharing a bedroom. Master bed was very comfortable and felt huge. Bathrooms were nice and updated. Loved the hot tub but pool was too cold during our visit so we plan to come back in the summer. Perfect for day trips to Wimberley and Fredericksburg and Enchanted Rock. Would stay here again!

Lovely Home

We rented the property because we had reservations at Westcave, Hamilton Pool, and Pedernales Falls. The house was the perfect secluded getaway after our busy daytime activities. And we had a family ping pong tournament as well!

Outdoor Haven

Lovely & Cozy

It was an awesome property. It felt very cozy and homey. The pool was perfect for Texas weather we had that weekend. The property sits on a small hill and when you sit in the pool facing you can see the tree tops of other properties and it is so quiet and peaceful. Our only complaint was that there were mosquitos inside the house in every room. At night trying to sleep while one or two came close to our ears was the toughest. Other than the mosquitos this place was great.
