The UPPER LEVEL
- An open and spacious “LIVING ROOM” area with a 55” television and views of the lake and hill country.
- Large DINING TABLE that can seat up to 10.
- The buffet below the wall mounted wine racks is stocked with ample GAMES (traditional and more modern) fit for the entire family.
- An elevated bar with four stools separate the dining area from the kitchen
- Fully stocked modern KITCHEN with a good number of your favorite seasonings, spices, and cooking/baking needs.
A coffee station featuring a combination K-cup and drip coffee maker.
- The Kitchen is readily accessible to the OUTDOOR COOKING AREA complete with a Weber propane grill, Blackstone propane griddle, Air Fryer, and a Green Mountain Pellet Grill, comfortable loveseat, two reclining leisure chairs and a mounted television.
- The MASTER BEDROOM provides a King size bed with dual adjustable mattresses and a wall mounted 50” television. The MASTER BATHROOM is adjoining.
- The SECOND BEDOOM provides a Queen size bed, wall mounted television and access to a Jack ‘n Jill bathroom (that is also accessible from the hallway).


LOWER LEVEL
- Walk down the stairs into an ample size REC ROOM equipped with a retro coin operated pool table (you play free😄) along with all the necessities for “playing the game”.
- A full UTILITY room with a washer, dryer, and wash basin.
- The THIRD BEDROOM is just off the rec room and has a regular King size bed along with a television on the dresser. The THIRD BATHROOM (with single sink and shower) adjoins this bedroom.
- The FOURTH BEDROOM is across from the third and offers a full size bed. The FOURTH BATHROOM is just a very few feet away across the hallway (a single sink, bath, and shower).

OTHER AMENITIES for your enjoyment are:

- Two spacious outdoor decks in the front and back of each level.
- A “two level treehouse” with a spiral staircase. The lower level is furnished with a rustic table and seating. The upper level has a glider made for two and enables you to enjoy peace and tranquility while looking out to the lake and hill country (great for a romantic setting and a glass of wine). The walk up to the treehouse is well lit at night.
- Designated “corn hole” game area.
- Comfortable “Fire Pit” area with six Adirondack chairs
- An over sized garage with two bar height tables and chairs along with a 65” television for viewing entertainment, along with a mini kitchen consisting of a long counter for preparing your food. Cook on smokeless electric grill/griddle, air fryer, and microwave. Also provided is a full size refrigerator with ice maker.

In addition to all of these amenities, this property boasts one of the largest driveways in town. This is a true asset in that there is ample off-street parking close to the house and enough room to accommodate most boats. Enjoy the deer while you on either side of the house as they are abundant and friendly.

You have full access to the property, except for a few designated locked owner cabinets and an owners closet.
