Cozy cottage

We enjoyed our stay. I loved the old cottage architecture and furnishings. There was plenty of room for 4 to 6 people. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and everything for cooking a meal. The porch swing was a nice retreat. It truly was a short walk to the town square, location was prefect.

My girlfriends and I take an annual girls getaway every Fall. The home was so ideal to walk to the square. Breakfast both mornings on the back porch. The house was absolutely adorable and warm. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We had the most awesome Christmas with our daughter at the Pine Street Cottage. Miguel made sure we were able to check in early on Christmas Eve, and he even brought over the best-tasting ribs we'd ever eaten. This place is so close to town we could easily walk to town with our little rescue Pomeranian (in a stroller), and we had a fabulous time. We are VRBO regulars, and this cottage was well-stocked with absolutely everything we might need, and so much more. After three long days on the road it was a fabulous place to "come home to," and I highly recommend it.

Warm hospitality

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! The cottage is darling. The location is perfect as it’s close to the square and a great neighborhood to run in. We felt the hospitality throughout our stay. We look forward to staying here again!

We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties in Georgetown and this is our new favorite. Great location, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen for those who want to cook while visiting, and very friendly and accommodating owners. We will be back. Highly recommend!

Cute 1930's house near Southwestern University

The hosts were great! The home was very clean and our hosts thought of everything (toiletries were all new individual travel sized and even had a tooth brush -which was very helpful because I forgot mine). Perfect place to stay to move our new pirate into Southwestern University. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Very nice cottage, we were not sure if the beds would be comfortable, my husband being over 6 foot and I am almost 6 foot and our family is mostly heavy set, but surprisingly it was very comfortable beds. We love the location, it is very central to our Austin vacation plans, not too far from the city at all. The host was welcoming and we had no issues while spending our time here.Highly recommend.

Charming home

It was a wonderful stay,very comfortable and backyard with the fire pit was amazing...the host even set up the fire for us.. didn't have a chance to use the herb garden but was thankful it was there. Don't miss this one you won't be sorry

Super responsive and accommodating host and very convenient location. The house is at the corner and love having the access to the driveway from the quieter street as well. Stayed with my family my elder father in law and everyone had own space as well as a living room to gather. Thank you!
