You’ll also be just minutes from top restaurants and a short drive to Austin for live music, great food, and endless fun. Please note: this is not a party house—giant, loud parties are not allowed.

The Space

Upstairs: master bedroom + 2 additional bedrooms, 2 full baths, main living area, and kitchen.

Downstairs: giant game room with pool table and dart board, plus 2 more bedrooms and 1 full bath.

Guest Access
Guests may park in the driveway (space for 3 cars) or on the street (space for 3 more). Please note the driveway is steep.

Other Things to Note

Lake Travis water levels fluctuate throughout the year, especially in this cove. Feel free to contact us for updates during before your stay. Cancellations will not be accepted due to water levels.

Pets: Dogs are welcome (no cats). Please message us before booking if you plan to bring your dog. A one-time cleaning fee applies. Dogs must remain leashed when outside. If a dog is brought without prior notice, the fee will still be charged.
