The Space:

The living space at our Lake Travis cabin is designed for comfort and relaxation. The open floor plan features a cozy living area with an indoor fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the water. The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable queen bed, while the secondary bedroom is equipped with a full size sofa bed, ideal for additional guests or family members. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, and coffee maker, providing everything you need to prepare home cooked meals during your stay. Outside, the expansive deck serves as an extension of the living space, offering breathtaking views of the lake and comfortable seating for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Guests also have access to the private shoreline and a covered floating dock, perfect for fishing or enjoying the natural beauty of the 1.5 acre property. The cabin includes high speed internet and a dedicated workspace, ensuring you stay connected while enjoying the quiet lakeside atmosphere.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire cabin and surrounding outdoor areas, including the deck, waterfront shoreline, outdoor fireplace, and dock.



The property sits on approximately 1.5 private acres, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.



Please note that a boat stored at the dock may occasionally be accessed during your stay. Any access is typically brief, and guests will be notified in advance whenever possible. Guests are welcome to enjoy the dock and waterfront areas throughout their stay.



The Neighborhood:

The cabin is located in a quiet lakeside community on the north shore of Lake Travis in Leander, Texas.



This area is known for its peaceful atmosphere, scenic waterfront views, excellent fishing, and access to boating and outdoor recreation. Unlike the busier areas of Lake Travis closer to Austin, this neighborhood offers a more relaxed and authentic lake experience.



Nearby you'll find:

• Boat ramps and marinas

• Local waterfront restaurants

• Balcones Canyonlands Preserve

• Lago Vista Golf Course

• Grocery stores and essentials within a short drive



It's the perfect location for guests who want to enjoy nature while still being within reach of Austin and the surrounding Hill Country.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is highly recommended for exploring the area.



The property is approximately:



20 minutes to Cedar Park

30–40 minutes to North Austin

45–60 minutes to Downtown Austin (depending on traffic)



Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available but may have longer wait times than in central Austin.



Parking is available on-site for up to two vehicles near the cabin. Additional parking is available near the top of the driveway before the steeper portion begins. Any ubers or deliveries are advised to pickup/dropoff at the top of the property.



Other Things to Note:

The property sits on a steep waterfront lot. We recommend arriving during daylight hours for the easiest arrival experience.

Parking near the home is limited to two vehicles.

Lake Travis water levels fluctuate seasonally and may affect shoreline appearance and dock positioning.

The property is surrounded by nature, and guests may encounter wildlife such as deer, birds, insects, and other native Texas wildlife.

Children should be supervised at all times near the water, dock, and hillside areas.

This is a peaceful residential lake community. Parties and events are not permitted.

We want you to enjoy a relaxing and uninterrupted stay. Guests will have self check-in and full privacy throughout their visit.
