Wanted to take a shower, it was about 9:00pm and my sister was asleep, turned the knob all the way and it was a trickle of water and scalding hot, so I turned it to medium, the water...

"Overall very poor experience. Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful. The room had lights that were not working in the bathroom and the room door mechanism was broken. After requesting daily housekeeping, we were told it was not noted during check in. If you're not there for the hospital, the location is inconvenient and in an awful area. Not at all up to the standards of a Marriott hotel. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel."

"The Motel 6 was in transition (was previously a Quality Inn). The registration system was not completely integrated, so we were given keys to a room with occupants already there--which was a shock to both the occupants and us. The receptionist was quick to remedy this, but it left a sour taste. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no coffee grinds for the in room coffee machine. Management and housekeeping had no coffee pods available."

"Had a great experience at The Benson Hotel & Faculty Club. The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and the atmosphere throughout the property was relaxing and upscale. The rooms were well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt very professional. Great location with excellent amenities and dining options nearby. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Property was extremely clean. There were extensive breakfast choices. The evening wine and cheese in the lobby was a nice plus. The bedroom had a ceiling fan which was appreciated for keeping the air moving. Would stay again if I needed to stay near the Denver airport again."

"It’s a great place to stay, the location is near restaurants, fast foods and gas stations. Easy access to the highway. The rooms are a good size and very clean, toilets are low lol but not much of an issue unless you are tall. Showers were typical comes with shampoo, conditioner and body wash they smell and work great. Breakfast is on the simple side, hard boiled eggs, beagles, yogurt, cereal, instant oatmeal and drinks. All in all it was a good experience 8/10 I do recommend staying here."

"Be prepared to have to pay $16 for parking yourself in their parking lot. Which is ridiculous since I already paid for a room I shouldn’t have to pay to park my car there while I am on property. Everything else was great but I do not agree with the parking fee!"
