"Dark room. Dark bathroom. Patio door had a draft (couldn't get the room warmer than 18C (64F)). Our small patio was next to the staff's. kitchen entrance and it was noisy (empty bottles being loaded late at night, garbage bins rolling by, the kitchen exhaust vent, staff talking. Mini bar menu but no mini I bar was found. Very little parking. Hotel restaurant was cold and the drink service was slow and at times, wrong."

The late check out was helpful for my son and daughter in law with small children - they did not have to leave so early for the Celebration of Life for a close family member."

"I was skeptical when I entered the parking lot to check in. I always stay at Hilton anywhere but Toronto Hilton was too expensive this time and I booked this hotel. To my surprise, The room had clean bed and bedsheets. Clean bathroom and shower. Shampoo and soap provided in good qualities. Quiet hallways and even though no escalators, it was only two level building. I loved it and next time , time comes, I would not stay at Hilton but I will choose this nice , clean, quiet property with good...

"I had no cold water on day one so o could not shower. Breakfast is hot and cold buffet, the hot food is dreadful, eggs were powdered the bacon was boiled, not seared and was mostly fat. Breakfast sausage the next day was…. Well, inedible (boiled, not seared and tasted awful. Most of my hot food went into the garbage as did that of the others I was staying with. "This Inn is %100 not recommended as the clientele are not what anyone should be subjected to. Sex all night and clients coming up and down the metal stairs outside our room. I would like my money back and will continue to pursue this until I am satisfied. "

"Highly recommended! Communication was excellent, with very clear and detailed instructions — including pictures — to help access the property and room with ease. They were also very accommodating and understanding with my mixed-up travel plans, which I truly appreciated. The parking space was convenient and clean rooms/washrooms an added bonus as well."

"The room was clean. However, there were missing soaps in the bathroom. We had to have the fridge replaced and adjusted twice. The first time, the door did not align and the fridge had to be replaced. The second time, the fridge was set to be like a freezer. Everything froze in the fridge. The room temperature went up to 30 degrees, and I had to call twice before someone would come to fix the problem. Standard amenities, such as a microwave, were only available if I paid extra for them."
