"Positives: it was about -17 outside and very worm inside, toilet worked and relatively clean, beds were OK, tv worked. Negatives: microwave was not rotating and rusted; there were no place to hang outside closes; towels were on microwave and not in the bathroom; door did not have lock inside, only outside; there were no internal phone or any way to call management; internet was locked and password was not provided; lamp on the night stand was broken, no USB ports. "

"The owner of the property was very kind and let me enter and hour sooner than the checking time but unfortunately the room itself was in poor condition the furniture was very old and disappointing the shower had mold in it, there was no coffee or tea available and when people were walking or talking in other rooms you could here ot several times in the middle of the night I got scared and wome up because ai thought someone is in my room but was actually the voice coming from the near room. "The blanket was very thin. It was cold sleeping at night. For some reason i was itching all night on my last night there. The shower shampoo and conditioner only last 1 day for 3 people in the room. I though i saw breakfast available which made me think breakfast was free and included like the other best western i stayed. The television have nothing to watch because i have to log into a netflix acct or toutube acct. I didnt do that because i probably forget to log out of my account. It was easy...
