Bright and cozy apartment on the first floor of a villa of the late 19th century.


TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Discover the balcony of the sea. Built on a cliff AULT is a resort that has preserved its character of yesteryear. At the edge of the SUM BAY in AULT exceptional framework consists of three sites: Bourg d'Ault with her shopping street, his church, his mill, and its Lighthouse Cliffs, ONIVAL with its magnificent beach, its Hâble and WOOD CISE green gem overlooking the sea.
Many walks in perspective, discoveries reconciling man and nature and unforgettable sunsets. Victor Hugo fell in love with AULT and inspired some of his writings.
The sea, its waves, its changing colors and its spray will rock your day with the tides. At low tide, the extent of the sandy beach you will enjoy this unique space for swimming, fishing, and practice different water sports (windsurfing, jet ski, boat, dinghy).

EQUIPMENT: It is possible to take meals in the dining room or on the veranda overlooking Sea.
The Sea view rooms are equipped as follows: - The large bedroom, 140 cm bed, cot fully equipped - the second smaller room with 2 beds of 80 cm.
The living room has a sofa bed for 2 persons.
Each bed is equipped with pillows and duvets.
A high chair for children are available and a baby park.
The kitchen has electric: stove with oven, microwave, food processor, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.
Also available a television, a DVD player, a CD player and radio receiver.
We specify that the toilet is separate from the shower room. This will be modernized in January 2015.

RATES: Low season: 300 € the week.

MID SEASON: 380 € the week.

HIGH SEASON: 400 € the week.

VERY HIGH SEASON: 490 € the week.

Overnight: 160 € for two nights. and € 40 from the third night.

House cleaning: 45 €

The deposit is set at 50% of the total amount.

A deposit of € 500 is payable at the beginning of the stay.

Note that any higher power consumption to 15 euros per weekend or week will be charged

Abandonné de la civilisation

Appartement poussiéreux et gras, pas certaine que la femme de ménage fasse réellement son travail. Beaucoup de couche de poussières nounous de longue date sur les portes, lustres, armoires, vaisselle pas top net. Literie 2 lit sur deux confortable, Le divan pas confortable et mal agencé pour regardé la TV le soir.

Appartement très mal aménagé côté cuisine et salle de bain, à la limite de la sécurité, état des sols dégradé, façade côté mer occultée en partie par des travaux. Le coût de la location bie trop élevé au regard de la moindre qualité de ce logement. Je ne le recommanderai pas !!!

Appartement très bien situé avec vue mer

Joli appartement dans un village tout à fait charmant. Le seul bémol c'est l'accès aux sanitaires qui se fait en traversant une des deux chambres. Ça n'est pas insurmontable mais il faudrait que ça soit mieux indiqué dans l'annonce. Les plus de l'appartement, c'est la vue mer et la véranda qui permet de prendre ses repas en profitant de la vue.

les photos correspondent à l'appartement. appartement propre lumineux calme très bien équipé salle de bain un peu petite peut-être un porte serviette ou une étagère supplémentaire serait les bienvenus. la douche est géniale. la dame qui nous a accueillis est sympathique souriante et disponible. nous avons passé un très bon séjour. et pensons à revenir. Merci à Mme Boinet pour la petite attention de fin de séjour

Kommunikationsfehler

Man muss unseren Aufenthalt in zwei Bereiche unterteilen. Zum einen die eigentliche Unterkunft und als zweites die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön gelegen, mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Der Wintergarten hat einen wunderbaren Blick über die Häuserdächer und Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung geeignet für 4 Personen. Es gibt ein Doppelbett, ein Queensized Bett auf dem zwei 1,70 große Mädchen noch grade so zusammen schlafen konnten und ein Schlafsofa. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein aber fein. Jetzt zur Problematik. Auf der Internetanzeige der Wohnung auf FeWo Direkt stehen Bettzeug, Handtücher und Wlan gegeben. Dies war jedoch bei unserer Ankunft nicht vorhanden und sollte erst mit extra Kosten verbunden sein. Nach kurzer Diskussion und in Kontakt treten mit den Anbietern haben wir Handtücher und Bettzeug ohne Aufschlag bekommen. Ein weiteres Problem war die sprachliche Barriere. Sowohl die Vermieterin als auch die "Haushälterin" haben nur Französisch gesprochen und uns die Kommunikation erschwert. Unsere Zeit in der Wohnung hat sich zum Glück im Endeffekt bewährt.

SURPRISE POUR LES 60 ANS DE MON MARI

Dans une villa d'époque (1892), avec vue sur la mer depuis le balcon/terrasse, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Ault, le soleil était au RDV Nous recommandons cette location, bien entendu on ne peut pas comparer avec les autres styles de maisons La location est très bien équipée !! Ault est une charmante ville avec ses rues et maisons en escaliers ce qui en fait son charme et propre également Merci à Mme Monique Boinet et Mme Dupuis pour son accueil et sa gentillesse !! Heure d'arrivée modifiée, ce qui nous a pénalisés. État vétuste le l'appartement (j'ai dû réparer la chasse d'eau des WC), conditions contractuelles non respectées. Linge de lit non entretenu : deux couettes vieilles, sales, et avec de nombreuses taches plus que douteuses.

Superschöne Loggia mit Meeresblick, Wohnung geeignet für max. 3 Erwachsene oder Eltern mit zwei kleineren Kindern, wir haben die Ruhe des Ortes sehr genossen. Alles vorhanden, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, tolle Dusche…wer etwas besonders Schickes erwartet, ist hier fehl am Platz.
