"Location brilliant just north of the Tiber near Ponte Milio. Hour's walk to Rome central near Forum and Coliseum. Hearty breakfast clean rooms with minibar. Aircon rooms were spacious, toiletries were ample, no tea/coffee making in room is the only downside. Onstreet parking opposite if no space in small carpark to rear. Local pubs and clubs offer ample food choices if not eating in.Ideal location as Rome is not car friendly for non residents."

"I thought the property was exceptionally clean and comfortable to stay in. The manager, Angela, was the greatest in attentiveness and courtesy and extremely helpful. Couldn't get a better person for the position. Her personality and assistance was a definite value add to our trip. My only disappoint was the distance to the tourist attractions. Although not that far in taxi ride ( about 20 Euros) I don't think the property is a good fit for those seeking to walk about any tourist areas. But if...

"This is a beautiful property, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the breakfast is definitely worth it with plenty of variety each morning. The walk to the city centre is something to consider, but one nice perk is that the hotel is close to the river, which makes for a lovely atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again."

"Zimmer mit Bad im privaten Umfeld. „Historisch anmutendes“ Zimmer im 3. Stock mit kleinem Aufzug erreichbar. Nette, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Zentrumsnah - Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. PKW-Parkplatz am Haus war für uns von großem Vorteil."

"This is a superb place! Very well located, super clean, and felt very safe. There was a bit of miscommunication on my arrival time with the property, but they answered right away and it was fixed. I recommend this place without hesitation."

"Lovely guest house, very friendly and attentive hosts. Great location, too. About 10 mins walk to Metro, 15 mins from Vatican and half an hour from the Olympic Stadium which is useful if you are attending a match or concert there, as getting away from it at night can be difficult. Would definitely recommend."

"My friend and I stayed at this quaint hotel and have no complaints. The breakfast was included and it was delicious, and the staff allowed us to keep our bags there while we took advantage of our last day after checkout. I would definitely stay again! "
