"We felt welcomed and had an easy time with parking. We enjoyed the coffee and free cookies and the lobby area was great for meeting our party. The location is also wonderful and we walked for tours, meals and shopping. Thanks."

"The hotel is in a super convenient location (close to Old Port). Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance (most being 25 minutes. The room was very spacious and updated. The only downsides are there is only valet parking for $40 a day ( I was sent a message from the hotel saying we could self-park for $30, but that wasn't an option). Secondly- you're charged $25 daily resort fee, which they say you can use as a food & beverage credit. The only on-site restaurant was only open 7 AM-10AM...

"As a woman traveling alone the one thing I didn’t like is that anyone could get on the elevator. There was no security. I felt more safe staying at the Courtyard Marriott because you had to have a room key to get on the elevator."

"The vibe of this hotel was cool because of how old timey it is. Be aware of the room you book though. Depending on the room you book, there are shared bathrooms. We didn’t know this going in and would re-consider booking here if we had realized this before. The staff were nice and the area is close enough to downtown Portland with a car. Without a car, not so much. The actual room we stayed in had an odor. We couldn’t tell if it was from how old the hotel was, the carpets, or how the room...

"Every staff member was kind and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was large and always fully stocked. The made to order omelets was a great treat! The rooms are large and well appointed. It is in a good location in a safe area. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"This is a newly renovated hotel. It was great! The beds and pillows were super comfy. Overall the room was really comfortable. The staff was kind and seemed to be genuinely excited about the renovations and the new branding under Hilton. Would stay here again! Just 20 minutes away from Portland."
