"The staff are super friendly and check-in and check-out was super easy. We did the valet parking option and it was super convenient. The location is great - with Auckland sight seeing activities within walking distance. The room was super clean and they even provided us with milk for coffee/tea! Highly recommend. "

"This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated."

"We got a double room with our own bathroom, clean & comfortable for us. If you are over 30 you will feel old, this is a hostel. Easy walk to the waterfront. We had drinks and a great salad at the onsite restaurant. "

"Overall, I had a good stay at Imagine Beach Hotel in Auckland. The location was super convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the main metro station, and it was also an easy pickup point for tour buses, which made getting around very stress-free. Safety and convenience are my biggest priorities when traveling, and this hotel definitely delivered on both. I felt very safe throughout my stay. For cleanliness, I’d give it around 4 stars. "This was a last minute booking and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had a corner room which was well laid out and very comfortable. Everything was new and clean and we will definitely plan to stay again."
