Wake up in the morning to peace and tranquillity as your alarm clock. Then get ready and pack your bags for adventure. Simply walk out the door and there are amazing bush walks and two beautiful beaches (one with a playground) only 500m away- you are spoilt for choice.

If walking is not your thing, don’t worry, you have lots of recreational options in close proximity. Jump in the car and you have a choice of vineyards, restaurant, the golf course and more beaches less than a 10 minute drive.

With a brand new renovation and flexibility accommodation options, this beach house works for any dynamic. Separation for multiple families or room for four couples, this Rocky Bay offering is perfect for wedding parties, tourists or holiday goers who want to enjoy the real Waiheke.

Bed Configuration: Upstairs - Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - twin bunk bed. Downstairs - bedroom 4 - queen bed, bedroom 5 - bunk bed (single top and double bottom).

Please note: This property will only take a maximum of 8 guests at any time. Please note that there are no internal stairs.

Please Note: A compulsory exit clean of $300 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $30 per person, per stay which includes beach towels. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

This property will only take a maximum of 8 guests at any time. Please note that there are no internal stairs.

Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
