The room was big and nice, the staff was extremely friendly., but unfortunately was not able to spend much time in the lounge, skybar and swimming pool etc. , however I was very happy to spent my holiday and business time there. (hotel may need to improve one thing, Mosquitoes were a bit more)"

"Clean modern hotel, great staff. Sometimes they couldn't understand me, but then they would call in someone who could speak better English. I stay here four days, took a trip the staff helped organize and then returned to this hotel till I left Mandalay. I started walking around the area. Stores and restaurants were close so I could avoid the healthy taxi prices when I was hungry. The road is torn up in front of the hotel but I feel sure it will be reapaired eventually. Try the shaved ice cream...

"Nice location and clean. Bathroom could have an update, but acceptable. Staff is super good. After being ripped off by a tutu driver, the hotel front desk helped booked a nice driver who took us to see 4 cities with a reasonable price for the second day. "

"I had a few days in Mandalay. This hotel was amazing. It was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and it was always a pleasure to return to a warm welcome. The location was ideal with many nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. "
