Stunning 4BR Villa with Private pool & parking

Welcome travellers to our unique and stunning Villa situated in the charming village of Attard! Perfect for families or group of friends while also having easy access to anywhere around the island!

The Villa features a very large outdoor area with a private pool, comfortable loungers & also a dedicated bar area. The place also includes a fully equipped kitchen & 4 spacious bedrooms that can easily take up to 10 guests in total!

High-speed wifi, AC's and private office space available.

Parking Space | Guests can make use of the garage for private parking but it is also very easy to find street parking in case you need more space which is even faster.

Living Spaces | Beautiful private outdoor area with pool, deckchairs, table, chairs and a dedicated bar area. This space is specifically designed for those wishing to enjoy the sun while also creating memories with your family or friends during your stay in Malta. Additionally, the outdoor area is equipped with a convenient shower, ensuring refreshing breaks between dips in the pool and leisurely lounging sessions.

As you step inside, you will also find a spacious living area where attention is given to every need.

Next to the kitchen lies a spacious sofa adorned with a television, providing a cozy spot for relaxation, while also offering a convenient dining area for your enjoyment.

Kitchen | Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils and appliances, ensuring you have everything necessary to prepare a delicious meal with unparalleled ease and convenience. The Villa is equipped for both short and long term rentals !

Bedrooms | 4 bedrooms, 3 of which include one double bed while one of the bedrooms include 2 double beds (Photo to be updated). (accommodates 10 guests)

Office space | Designed for productivity and collaboration, our office area provides a conducive environment for catching up on work tasks or fostering meaningful discussions.

Linens | We all love a good night sleep, all bedrooms will be equipped with high end linens and quilts. We also provide 2 towels each for showering and towels for the pool area.

Bathrooms| 3 bathrooms, one of them is an en-suite with a shower, the other also includes a shower while the last full bathroom features a bathtub.

Small note: Pool is cleaned weekly, where the pool guy will enter from the garden and cleans it in the morning and pool towels will also be provided.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
