Occupants were not allowed to use the sauna and needed to book well in advance, and it's closed at 5pm, and if you are free in the evening, you don't have access to it. "The pictures on Expedia were misleading. The check in went smoothly, however, we ultimately decided to leave and forgo staying. There were many people checking in so it appeared quite popular. As my Wife has a heart condition and is awaiting surgery this was unsuitable. we were informed that Expedia had been informed of the lack of a lift and that they (Expedia) should have advised us of this fact before we arrived.
